Terrible state of the rooms. Dirty, with mould in bathrooms, dirty sheets. The boutique hotel label and 4 star rating is completely misguided. The employees very nice and friendly but when presented with the state of the rooms and asked to call the manager, they said he couldn’t be reached and only offered to change the bed sheets.

The hotel is very nice, the terrace is increíble and the location is great in the heart of downtown and has a parking. We stayed at Sofia Room which had a king bed and a nice there is a bathtub in the middle of the room to take a relaxing bath. We also enjoyed watching the sunset and drinks at the terrace while there was an incredible singer and guitarist. Manuel service was outstanding and he helped us a lot

La fachada e instalaciones del hotel está lindo. Lo malo son las habitaciones, ya que en la habitación qué tomé (104) el colchón esta listo para la basura ya que esta sumamente desgastado y es imposible descansar. El baño tiene una tina bastante endeble y la llave de agua caliente se cae al tratar de abrirla y gotea todo el día. El restaurante da servicio a partir de las 9:30am. El día jueves 18/07 se cayó el cielo en Peña y al llegar a mi habitación, encontré el piso mojado debido a una filtración a través de la ventana. Definitivamente no me volveré a alojar en este mesón.

El diseño, la estructura y el ambiente de lugar está increíble, estás a un paso de centro de Bernal, el personal es muy atento y amable en todo momento, sin embargo en lo personal se me hizo muy incómoda la cama de la habitación ya que era muy dura y las almohadas muy aguadas lo cual no hizo que descansara al 100, y la parte del estacionamiento es muy pequeño y tienes que maniobrar mucho para poder estacionar el carro.

El hotel no vale lo que se paga. Necesita remodelación, no hay pañuelos desechables, el asiento del wc estaba roto y ya vi que alguien más lo comentó, al parecer no les importó. La regadera estaba tapada y salía poca agua. El jardín muy bonito, es lo único que vale del hotel. El personal fue amable pero con respuestas limitadas. No volvería a quedarme ahí.

Toallas rotas, sábanas viejas en la Mejor habitación del hotel nos hospedamos, carísima la noche, restaurante muy lento y el dueño ahí sentado en su computadora nada movido , nada preocupado. Increíble esto. Un hotel boutique no puede dar servicios así y muchos menos que el dueño este ahí como si nada pasara.

Nos Hospedamos en el hotel en una suite especial, muy cómoda y acogedora, la vista desde afuera de la habitación es excelente. La comida en la terraza es espectacular, muy buen sazon, la atención por las chicas de recepción es buenísima, muy amables y te apoyan con la informacion que necesites, si no lo tienen a la mano lo investigan y te ayuda.

Mala experiencia que me llevé con este lugar. Reservé la Suite Máster Ejecutiva y el día que llegué me llevo la sorpresa que el cuarto no es como las fotos que vienen en su página de internet. Justifican que es porque tiene mejor vista, sin embargo sales del cuarto y el mismo hotel te tapa la vista de la peña. Cuando fui a quejarme de lo sucedido me encontré con una pésima atención por parte de la recepcionista que de manera prepotente y déspota me menciona que revise bien la página de internet que ahí estaban las fotos. Para sorpresa de la recepcionista, las fotos no estaban correctas y procede a pedirme una disculpa pero el trato de ahí no mejoró por su parte en toda la estancia. Para acabar, 1 semana y media después de la estancia, me duplican el cargo y después de 2 semanas no me han dado respuesta sólida ni devuelto mi dinero. Decepción que un lugar tan bonito tenga una pésima administración y te traten así de mal. Mi recomendación: Hay hoteles mucho más baratos y bonitos en la zona que sí te tratan bien. Busquen uno de esos y evítense la mala experiencia

Camas incómodas, nos cambiaron cuartos y uno no tenía entrada de luz y el otro entraba toda por las ventanas ya que no tiene blackouts. No tiene ni siquiera aire acondicionado y el baño daba mal olor. Baños viejos. El costo por noche fue de 3,800 pesos y de verdad que no los vale, por ese precio esperarías mejores cuartos.
