第二次入住了，前台小姐姐還是這麼暖心，在網上定不到雙床的，衹定了一間大床房。小姐姐看我們帶着小孩子就給免費升級大房間裏，還帶着我們去房間裏。很耐心的教我們使用電器！環境衞生一如既往的好！每次來温州都會住這裏！

前台在二樓，拿行李上樓很不方便，大廳和樓梯非常滑，特別是外面下雨或者剛擦完地之後，上下樓戰戰兢兢
房間內竟然還有兩級台階，迷迷糊糊上廁所真的很容易摔倒
酒店沒停車場，很不方便，附近停車位非常難找，有停車需求的避雷

房間的天花板還懸掛着厚厚的蜘蛛絲沒有打掃。
房間很小，叫商務房真的不合適。放下一張床就沒有啥空間了，不過衞生間的空間確實很大
酒店使用電動馬桶是真心不好用，沖水都往外噴的，噴的地板都是水，真的很臟。
房間連個熱水壺都沒有，兩瓶免費提供的礦泉水（純悦350ml）就不再提供免費飲用水了（需要購買）

不是噠姐你們有事嗎 出來玩不讓説話了是嗎 隔壁説我們聲音太大你不怪酒店隔音差怪別人説話聲音大擺脱這不是大學宿舍誰都要讓着你 還有酒店自己隔音差還打電話警告住客聲音小點（真的會轉移矛盾） 拜託噠姐你自己在前台打王者的聲音和男的連麥的聲音也巨大好嗎洗髮水用完了再要一瓶忙着打王者呢態度巨差過了很久才送過來（嗯嗯估計王者結束才有空捏）真的無語了 麻煩把自家酒店隔音搞搞吧

續住第四晚，酒店位置很好，去五馬街，江心嶼碼頭騎行都在10分鐘以內，5分鐘以內不遠還有個妙果寺，這裏也有一片餐飲區。到南塘文化旅遊區大概三四公里，騎行十五分鐘內。到機場可以坐公交車到德政站坐城軌到達，所以總體到温州旅遊，很方便

衞生：做的不到位，上個房客的東西都沒清理掉
服務：夜班態度很不耐煩
環境：隔音特別差特別差特別差
設施：投屏電視有vip是唯一值得的

設施：訂房顯示房間有熱水壺，速食品，茶包，實際沒有。其次，我們十二點沒有熱水，以為是同時使用的太多了，所以就沒説什麼，兩三點再去，依舊是冷水，冰冷。酒店居然沒有24小時熱水。牙刷之類的是入住一起給，另外，入住有按金。設施方面，安全有隱患，房間消防設備沒有放置滅火器
衞生：表面上是蠻乾淨的，但是睡了一晚上以後，鼻腔全是黑灰，不知道還以為被煙燻了，也不知道吸了多少入肺。建議做一下灰塵測試。
環境：當時和客服溝通想要個安靜點的房間，給我們的是臨街的，晚上車也是蠻吵，給窗户全關了還好一些，燈牌正對落地窗，亮瞎雙眼。酒店整體環境裝修的不錯，進門要爬很高的樓梯，沒有電梯，不過兩層，也還好，房間外面地面鋪了地毯，這個挺好的，還有就是，我們房間被送外賣的敲門了有被打擾到。
服務：關於熱水，晚上我也沒好意思去吵前台休息，攜程客服後台詢問的沒有熱水，攜程也是第一時間進行了處理。第二天説是什麼經理聯繫，結果是推了個不太熟悉事務的前台，我跟她交流，她還要轉訴，下次記得聽筒捂住，我這邊能聽到。入住那天晚上的前台服務是蠻好的
整體來説，環境外觀看着可以，灰塵大，慎重考慮叭。所有言論均據實描述，包括外賣敲門，酒店也可通過監控回放查看。下次不會再來

房間乾淨整潔，地理位置很好，離五馬街很近，幾分鐘的路程，有許多好吃的小吃，床品也舒服，特別是保潔阿姨工作認真，訂的房間沒有窗户，怕拖地太濕，保潔阿姨就把毛巾擰乾蹲着擦地，很暖心。缺點是酒店在二樓沒有電梯，得提着行李上樓，整體不錯
