Five-star hotel, over 1700 per night!! Not cheap. The service level is rubbish compared to domestic hotels. The hotel can only be rated three and a half stars at most!! No slippers, no toiletries, no bathrobes, no hair dryers! The room is so small! The breakfast is so bad! Swimming pool? ? Don't believe it!! If 5×4 meters is considered a swimming pool!!! 6 euros will be charged extra!! I wonder, isn't the service level of domestic hotels introduced from the West? Why is the service level of Western hotels so bad? ? ? Is the service level of foreigners considered a developed country? ? ? ?

The service is a bit poor. For example, no matter how long you stand there, the staff are busy with their own business and ignore you. This may be different from the domestic culture. I booked a big room on the top floor. Air conditioner cooling is poor. Complained to the front desk many times, and the room could not be changed, as if I was deliberately looking for trouble

Front desk very listless. 4 star hotel and slippers cost 3€ extra and if you want to go swimming 6€ extra. What else can I say.

Nice comfortable rooms, convenient business location in front of the exhibition halls but...rat running in the bar, no way to have dinner ever and totally disorganized staff. Never again.

It was amazing stay at Dorint An Der Messe. It was clean, tidy and comfy. However, it will be good if they can review the pillow materials to make it more supportive.
