Hotel Heritage Inn

We had our company corporate meeting in this hotel , which was an great success , very well organized , fantastic food and service , Banquet ***ager Mr.Ramesh and all the banquet staffs were very active and attentive , i highly recommend this hotel for the best hospitality and the quality of food .

We checked in and had a pleasant check in with the evening staff they where very polite and very helpful. It all started the next morning when a angry little boy who was posing as the ***ager (pictures given of this angry boy) started shouting and abusing us just because I asked for a boiled egg and they denied and said it's chargeable when they are giving masala omlette for free with the breakfast doesn't make sense to me. Worst customer service ever!!. (Racist small *** syndrome guy) DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS ***!

Hotel Heritage Inn is a high class mid budget hotel situated centrally at Coimbatore city, in Gandhipuram area right in between Main Bus and Train Stations. Also good for shopping. The amenities and food at the restaurant are very good for Rs. 2900 INR all inclusive Bed & Breakfast for single occupancy. Smoking is not allowed. But, no smoke detectors in some rooms and windows can be opened to accommodate guest’s wishes after reception is informed. Good parking, WiFi and room service.

I paid extra through ******* for a non-smoking room but the property does not have Smoking or Non-Smoking rooms.

Let’s start with why I am rating it a 2 instead of a 1- they let us cancel our 2 day stay and get our money back on the second night. We got there a little later so we went right to bed. Woke up in the am to start getting ready and that’s when it started. Bathroom was disgusting - toilet not clean- shower not clean- there was hair in the drain and all over the wall. None of the faucets were clean and the room itself as we started looking around was covered in hair. We called the booking sight which said we had to talk to the hotel. Went and talk to the hotel staff and they initially wanted us to look at a different room. As they were talking with their ***ager- we went to breakfast. The breakfast area was unclean and I took a cup of coffee- got to the table to put in sugar and there was a hair in the coffee. Told the staff at breakfast that there was a hair in the coffee and he basically said whatever- I’ll get you a new cup- so we explained that it was in the coffee pot not the cup or my hair and he did not care. Let the coffee with the hair set on the table. After that- there was no way that we would staying here again. We went back to the front desk and then walked someone up with us so they could see how dirty it was and within 10 min of him leaving the room they let us cancel the second night and refund our money. We have been to India a few times to visit my husband’s parents and this is by far the dirtiest, and most expensive hotel that we have stayed at. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. I came to visit Esha. Very comfortable stay like home. The staff are kind and friendly. I booked a deluxe and comfort room it is pretty good. Food is excellent. One of the best 3 star hotel in the city centre at coimbatore

I had my stay at heritage inn for 4 days. For the first couple of days I planned to visit local sightseeing, but I was not aware of places. I enquired with the front office people they guided me very well. The roof top restaurant for dinner is so delicious. Happy stay with my family at heritage inn.

I stayed at Heritage Inn to go to Esha. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast was good. Their service at the restaurant is so professional. Overall their hospitality is very much appreciable. I prefer to stay at Heritage inn for next time as well.

Extremely disappointed with the stay. Was surprised when reception guy asked not to book through *******. Baths were really untidy and water extremely hard. Toilet did not flush at all. Had to ask for toilet paper.
