I've stayed at the Hotel Aranjuez twice for business. The first time (in 2022) was perfectly fine....The second time, the hotel wouldn't provide me with a receipt. When i checked out, they politely said the person in charge was away and could they please e-mail it to me. I foolishly said yes but they never sent it...I have called and emailed them repeatedly and they always sweetly promise to send a receipt, but they never do. As for the hotel ....it's very pretty and in a good location. As it's an old-style manor, the temperature of the rooms in winter were FREEZING....colder inside than outside. Breakfast is average. Woman at the Front Desk was rude to my Bolivian friend.
