訂的1.8m床房間，在沒有任何告知的情況下，給我開了個1.5m的床，看我一個人住就搞這種欺騙消費者的行為。坐在沙發上等待換房間的時候，才發現沙發是濕的，褲子都坐濕了。服務員解釋説保潔打掃衞生時擦了擦，不知道怎麼擦能濕成那樣，手摸起來，濕感明顯，聞起來味道噁心！沙發臟成這樣，真是噁心！

跟朋友去方特玩選擇了這家酒店 酒店位置挺好 停車、周邊購物也很方便 距離方特也很近 酒店的整體環境很好 前台工作人員小吳服務也很到位 詳細告知房間小度機器人（呼叫小度機器人打電話與前台溝通）、熱水器（出熱水時長）、房間Wi-Fi等。房間設施很智能 空間也很大 這個價格也很有性價比 下次再來杭州灣還會選擇這家酒店入住。

酒店的服務好的真是沒話説，前台也十分的熱情！幫我免費升級了房間還送了小福包。可惜忘記拍照了。停車也十分的方便，可以停在室外也可以停在地下停車場。就是地下停車場公共的衞生一言難盡，早餐也很豐盛！必須給好評！大家一定要選擇這家酒店！
