The view from our room was phenomenal. I have not been anywhere or seen anything quite like it. It’s was so therapeutic. My daughter said it was like living in Noah’s Arc – come 3pm and a monkey family make their way to the mango tree outside our room. You can watch sheep and cows walking by in the distance too. Mountain peaks to the left and an insane sea view right ahead. You can see St Kitts in the distance. It’s paradise. Unspoilt, tranquil and serene. The bed was so comfortable. Our room, which is more like an apartment is cleaned daily. All of the staff care about this hotel and the customers. We were greeted and looked after by Derrecka who is graceful, efficient and sophisticated in her approach to hospitality. The manager Christine is lovely and warm and goes the extra mile to make you feel special and welcome. It has a real family vibe. Christine gives us a special tour of the island and we love attending yoga classes with her. The teacher Moira is brilliant. We wanted a massage and they booked an amazing therapist who came to our room. The food in the restaurant is wonderful. The pool is amazing and warm. We chose to take the local bus into town and to the beach, they go fairly regularly from outside the back of the hotel at the bottom of the drive. Mount Nevis has natural beauty and sophistication. My daughter and I had the best holiday here.

We went to the Four Seasons Hotel on Nevis Island for our honeymoon. It was a quick 20th anniversary trip that allowed us to enjoy the views of Nevis Island from the hotel's infinity pool. Hyatt Regency St. Kitts is of much higher quality than its competitors in the Caribbean and is also better than the Four Seasons Hotel. Everything is brand new here, the staff is very warm and super attentive. The hotel's dining options are varied (especially the breakfast buffet!) and spa facilities are unmatched. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was as expected for the price was paid for so overall good

The property and our room was really clean, house keeping came every morning with no delay. Reception and tour staff was really nice and helpful. The only downfall we had was the restaurant staff. Those ladies in the breakfast Buffet looked mad and not friendly at all. Made us feel like we were a bother to ask for anything. A smile and being friendly in that environment is really important. The coffee machine was broken all weekend in the little bakery at the hotel. It was really easy to catch a taxi and explore the island. There is an area called the strip walking distance from hotel if you are seeking authentic food. We ate there all weekend. It was really easy to catch a taxi and explore the island. We were even able to catch a ferry and explore Nevis for the day. Overall, really nice weekend trip. Definitely recommend.
