Great location since I couldn’t book a room of reasonable price in Kamakura, I think staying in Fujisawa was much better because its more local and still convenient to reach all the essential tourist spots. Room was a bit small for my large luggage but for this price I wouldn’t ask for more. Free breakfast provides several types of bread and coffee.

The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby. The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The ”road” that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day. The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange.

This time I lived in the Shonan Crystal Hotel in Fujisawa City, very close to Fujisawa Station, and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Why do I mention the restaurant... Because after I got to the hotel, I couldn’t find a place to check in, and I circled the hotel for a few laps. I didn’t enter from the various entrances. The first time I simply soaked in the hot springs and I still had more to enjoy, so I chose to stay for two nights this time and spent a whole day there. The natural hot springs are great.
