Breakfast is great and the environment is very good

It belongs to the old village hotel, but the room and traffic are convenient, the price is affordable, and the surrounding environment is good.

The room is very large and has an aristocratic style, but there is no heating, so it is very cold. Maybe the house has historical value, so the maintenance fee should be quite high. It can only be used to take care of the room, but the garden is so big and the roses are so beautiful.

I have used this place a few times for groups. This time they really fell short. There is no one in charge. Very difficult to speak to a manager. Issues with the restaurant. Short staffed. Food was too salty. Soya sauce based dishes were not edible. No one asked when sent back unfinished if there was an issue. Only robots delivering food and very inexperience staff. Couldn't order more drinks in good time. Breakfast is buffet and is very basic. Ok. It is clean. However, for £250 a room I think that it is overpriced. Thank goodness for Trip.com much better rate 2 days before the event. Baths do not drain. Taps and fittings are loose or not finished properly. Poor customer service overall, despite having 5 rooms in our group and dinner for 10. Said they would call me back. Which they have not. That was after speaking to a man who said that he was not the manager, had only worked there for 8 weeks, yet told me that I was not familiar with the service industries! Such a shame. Will have to find somewhere else next time. Not a hint of a smile or an apology or anything to say that he would feed back. 🤷

The casa is a very nice hotel to stay in. Check in quick and efficient and courteous staff as always. Plenty of parking spaces on site. Room has air conditioning and a good bath room with power shower. Tea and coffee available with a mini fridge for milk and water included. We had booked breakfast but completely forgot breakfast finished at 9am on a monday. I'm hoping that maybe next time we may be able to use this feature. Though to be fair we should have ordered to the room the night before for a small £5. A enjoyable stay nothing more to add.

Good reception，convenient way to any where and clean room and food

The service staff is very good. The hotel is a bit old. It is close to the center and on the roadside. It is a bit noisy at night. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.
