The hotel has been taken over by Hilton. The location and scenery are very good, and the facilities are acceptable. The top floor 44 is the revolving hall, which requires a reservation for dinner, overlooking Cairo. There is a place for sailing on the river not far from the hotel. We recommend sailing. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The hotel's rooftop swimming pool is only open until sunset at 7 o'clock (this is the case for hotels in Egypt), so you have to go in advance if you want to. The service was average, and it took a long time to deliver luggage to the room (the overall service industry in Egypt is very fast). There is a Nubian restaurant next to it, right by the river. The view is nice, but the food is served too slowly.

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience.
Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them.
I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind.
I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!
well located hotel, courteous staff, great dining room, fairly varied breakfast but the cleaning of the rooms and especially the bathrooms needs to be improved
It was a completely new hotel, so there were no reviews, but I made a reservation with the mindset that new is the best.
When I first arrived by taxi, I couldn't find the hotel. There was no sign saying โhotelโ nearby, so I wandered around for a while, and when I called, they came to pick me up. (When I pinned it with Uber and arrived, the location was exactly right.)
It really hadn't been open for long, so it was hard to find, but if you go up to the second floor of the bank building, you'll see the sparkling hotel..!
The hotel was very cute and pretty overall.
All the staff were really friendly, and the room and bathroom were really clean. When I visited, the weather was cloudy and bad, so it was really cold, but I was touched that the heater worked well. However, you can hear a lot of noise in the room, so please keep that in mind!
The breakfast was also good and delicious.
The owner and the reception were really friendly ๐
This was one of the strangest accommodations I ever had. I booked four nights at a bargain rate. However, the address and โhotelโ phone number were incorrect, creating a stressful situation when I arrived after dark. The address near the pyramids is sketchy. After contacting trip.com I was able to call the owner the next morning (after getting a room in another hotel at a high rate) who walked me to his guesthouse about 5 minutes away. For the price, the room, bathroom, washing machine and free breakfast at another property (looking at the pyramids) was a good bargain. The owner is a nice man who even brought me fruit and drinks every night. My advice is to contact the owner days before arriving to get a specific address and correct WhatsApp number.
