Very comfortable, clean, and has a very good admosphere. The staffs are also very nice. Really enjoyed our stay at Novus Giri. The rooms are spacoius, the bed was firm but very comfortable. Bathroom is equipped with bath up with their signature Almond soap n shampoo. Many activities u can do here, trea**ent spa, horse ridding, mini golf, romantic dinner and many more. We'll back for another staycation here

It was really nice to be able to stay at Novus Giri Puncak, from the fast reception service, and the day before my stay I requested decorations for an anniversary wedding celebration, Novus staff said that the decorations were free, unless I had an extra flower bouquet, because I wanted to So I ordered an additional bouquet of flowers, the Novus room I stayed in was upstairs with a view of the swimming pool, because it had been renovated to follow the current modern decoration so it was quite comfortable to live in. Breakfast was quite varied with quite a delicious taste. I'm happy because there is a rabbit cage, maybe the children's playground can be given more color so it's more interesting, thank you Novus. I hope I can stay at Novus again

No hot water? Front desk said maintainance. House keeping said too much usage??? In cold weather place and no hot water for shower?? Balcony lamp also off. No very satisfying for the price you pay. The very basic thing like hot water doesn't have.
