The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities are relatively complete. The service staff are also very considerate. I went to Fairy Mountain by car and will automatically help clear the snow when I leave the hotel. They are also very enthusiastic. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was already two o'clock. Other B&Bs and hotels were also closed. After the lights are turned off, there is an Evian store nearby, which is brightly lit and looks upscale. When I wake up in the morning, the snowy scenery outside the window is also very beautiful.

Firstly, if you are a foreigner entering and checking in at the hotel, then please ensure you can speak chinese or have a chinese friend to go with you. The process entering the park itself at the foot of the mountain is extremely frustrating and then upon checking, even more of a challenge as the staff spend ages looking at every single page of your passport and taking 3000 photos of it. The resort is perfectly situated which was the highlight of our stay as well as the BBQ restaurant on premises that make the absolute best beef soup. The animals around the area are gorgeous, however their horses had no water all day long and were tied up in the open sun. The horses were not taken care of and looked quite sad.

I came back specifically to take my kids skiing and chose this place on the recommendation of a friend. Although it is just the most ordinary twin room, the room is large, and children's slippers and toothbrushes are provided, as well as free mineral water. The most surprising thing is that there is a balcony! It's just that the bed is only 1.2 meters, it would be better if it was 1.35 meters. The sanitary ware is from Kohler and is of very good quality. The photos of the hotel on the website are completely credible. It is just like that, no difference! The guy at the front desk and the housekeeper were both very nice and responsive to our needs (I forgot to ask him his last name. He was a handsome guy with a round face and glasses. He gave us a lot of help. He also specifically contacted us in the entertainment hall and let us play table football.
