When I came to Jiangjin, Chongqing for a business trip, my friend recommended this Vienna Hotel, saying it was one of the better hotels in the area. The facilities in the store are relatively well-equipped and the decoration is relatively new, so it is quite convenient to use. The bedding is also relatively comfortable, with moderate hardness and softness, and the cleaning is very clean. I will choose this hotel next time I come here.

挺不錯的，性價比高。凌晨兩點辦理入住，前台小哥服務態度也很好。早餐一般種類不算豐富，八點半後就沒什麼吃的了。

作為一個長期出差住酒店的普通客人，中肯的評價這家維也納沒有品牌酒店該有的服務，不要期望值過高；
1、晚上11點半下機訂完房五分鐘前台就來電話告知“晚上幾點到，是否會來入住，不入住不退房費的”；
2、本來是享受延遲退房權益二點退房，中午回來房卡1點刷不開房門也表示理解，聯繫前台派機器人送房卡上來，居然刷不開你敢信！
後來隨着機器人自己下樓刷卡再上樓，依然刷不開，這**就火大了；
3、後來管理人員自己上來刷卡開了門，試了下我的房卡確實刷不開，但是他居然拿着房卡走了，在黑燈瞎火的房間摸黑收拾了自己的行李然後默默下樓退房了，全程沒有一句抱歉之類的；
4、開發票加了微信發了開票訊息，酒店馬上發來發票，税號也不對，金額也比自己訂房價低很多，你們是完全工作狀態不在線吧。
總結：這個差評給你們不冤枉；
唯一的一點好評給餐廳阿姨，會耐心詢問是否要吃麪條，主動倒牛奶，雖然吃的不多，但是對阿姨工作表示肯定。

酒店硬件設施較好。關於前台服務應該加強培訓。前台不僅僅是酒店的形象和文化的代表。更多的需要專業的酒店管理知識。入住四天，第一天被臨時安排。衹為了照顧一個衹住一晚的團隊。後面又來調整。從酒店運營成本及客房打掃等方面都顯得不夠專業。

性價比超高的一家酒店，服務人員非常熱情，路過都會很親切給人打招呼，半夜需要水，送上來的居然就個機器人，小小的也太可愛了吧，維也納升級後的5.0版本就是好，滿屋的智能家電，科技感十足呀。早餐也特別的可口，重點誇誇的早餐廳的大姐，又細心又親切，在這個酒店找到家的感覺，這次出行，心情都愉悦了不少，超讚。
