很棒的出行體驗，大廳的味道很好間，辦理入住時貼心的送上普洱茶，還送了伴手禮，並且升級了房型，退房時還送了小禮物，感動滿滿，酒店早餐很好吃，種類豐富，品質高，希望繼續保持，以後來重慶首選寬融品牌酒店。

非常滿意的一次入住，房間智能化很方便快捷，衞生也很乾凈，房間還配備小冰箱，上檔次，早餐非常的豐盛，餐廳有點小奢華，服務非常的好，前台小姐姐還熱情，入住期間還送了下午茶到房間，切的水果特別的精緻用心，非常的美味，很喜歡這家有温度的酒店推薦入住。

設施：設施設備很好 房間很大 很乾凈還有很大的窗户 晚上也挺安靜的 他家還有下午茶 早餐是很不錯的喲 十二點才結束 睡懶覺星人真的愛了 而且品種還很多 有重慶小麪 去了的朋友一定要嚐嚐 本人是很喜歡的 附近幾分鐘過去就是愛琴海購物商場 買東西很方便 性價比超高 住的很舒服 乾淨簡潔 床墊挺安逸的 細節非常到位

由於疫情原因，導致人員不足，那也應該要有個説法的啊，住3天2天沒早餐，沒酒店清潔服務，結果來個之前通知我了，我沒有提要求，結賬的時候就不能提了，不能怪他們，感覺就是我活該。這都什麼態度，瓶裝水問前台多要了2瓶都在跟我理論，完全我自己自助了，連瓶水都不願意多給，況且還是小瓶的水。簡直了，這服務態度。屋子裡下水道反味嚴重，隔音極差，一層改兩層的那種層高。都理解不了，酒店的高評分都是怎麼來的，明顯被攜程的評分給欺騙了。
