The family suite was extremely spacious, enough for every member to have his/her own personal space. The first room I was allocated had some issues with the room lightings and the front desk staff agreed to allocate us another room instead. However, the hotel facilities (gym and pool) happened to be under renovation over the period of my stay, which was slightly disappointing. The room service could also be improved as I booked a stay for 3 pax and the toiletries/room amenities were prepared and replaced daily, but only for 2 pax, and we had to call in each day to request for an extra set. It would have been better if the hotel took note of our request the first time, and made a note to ensure sufficient toiletries for all 3 occupants per the booking, so that we did not have to call in with a daily request. But overall, the view from the hotel was great and the stay was comfortable. It was still a positive experience.

江邊公園旁，文峯古街和水上娛樂項目也近，去釣魚城也就10分鐘左右車程。服務人員禮貌周到，酒店交通便利，視野開闊。酒店設施大氣，高檔，整潔，用心，且價格適中！酒店配了一冊合川城市發展的圖冊，新舊對比，讓人能深入瞭解合川。這很不錯的一次住店體驗！江景房望出去，現代都市建築，絢麗的大橋，碧綠開闊的江水，遠山近丘——一幅絕美的現代山水畫！讓人愛上合川！

這個酒店優點和缺點都比較突出，先談好的吧，優點自助早餐種類比較豐富，餐廳環境不錯，服務水平高，渣盤清理和餐巾紙補充都很及時；床墊柔軟，浴缸馬桶衞生度不錯，衞生間熱水温度不錯，江景房視野開闊，落地窗也很大，服務水準還是不錯的。在説下缺點，一個是大酒店共性缺點就是中央空調供涼氣問題，可能是酒店為了控制電費成本，凌晨12點以後關掉冷氣了，出來的衹是自然風，中秋節這幾天重慶温度依然很高在三十度以上，本來被子就厚造成突然房間變悶熱，舒適體驗感陡然下降，可能是有客人投訴，凌晨三點又來涼氣了，但早上七點左右又關閉了。一冷一熱很容易讓人感冒，這種體驗感的確還趕不上連鎖快捷酒店的分體式空調給的冷氣。另外就是關於所謂的門僮服務，可以説根本就沒有門僮，衹是一個板著臉負責掃健康碼看體温的保安，感覺酒店應該拖欠了他工資，高情商的説法就是他在探索人生的邊界，低情商説法就是在摸魚，整個酒店工作態度都很好，就門口這個必須差評，也不幫忙拿下行李，也不引導停車。另外還有一個小缺點就是酒店外窗比較臟。差不多就這些吧

房間浴缸是我比較喜歡的，酒店工作人員給升級了看江的房間，整體印象不錯，服務比較熱情。另外有一點就是晚上廣場舞音樂對房間稍微有點影響，到規定時間才會停下，沿着濱江路散步也是不錯的選擇啦～
