The only positive I can give it was its location. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area of Guanyinqiao. The front desk service was one of the worst I have experienced in China. There was a language barrier between me and the front desk worker so I tried using a translator and showing my online reservation. The front desk worker refused to look at my phone saying 看不懂 and asking me to leave. I waited until a different worker came that was more willing to try to communicate with me. Also the room had many spider webs and I saw a cockroach in the hallway

Don't stay! Don't stay! There was blood on the sheets, and it was a mess! I slept with my clothes on the whole time, and the space was so small that it didn’t match the picture at all! In the evening, some tourists from out of town came and wanted to check out, but they were not given any refund at all! What a domineering person!
