The room was very small and dirty. The smell of cheap incense was nauseating. The toilet was yellow and I dared not use it. There were corridors on both sides. There was no sound insulation at all. The shampoo and shower gel were like paste. I used them and my hair fell all over the bed and floor. I scratched my head all night. The front desk staff were nice, but it's really a shame for a chain hotel to be run like this.

I hope the standard room can have a window. The room is well-equipped and the hardware is OK. The air conditioning is central, which is worthy of recognition. It is clean and hygienic, quiet and noiseless, suitable for rest. Other things are ok.

The service attitude of the sister and aunt at the front desk was very good, but the soundproofing of the room was not good. I could still hear the KTV singing downstairs at 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening.
