I went to the front desk at 2 o'clock and said that the room was not cleaned. Check-in can only be done after 4 or 5 o'clock. With children, On a hot day, where can we stay for several hours, because the booking was made online, and the order cannot be cancelled. Ctrip's service is particularly good. It has been helping to negotiate for the hotel to cancel the order. The hotel does not cancel the order, nor can it be processed. Checking in, said that the sanitation has not been cleaned out, the front desk service attitude is particularly bad, all of them are very embarrassed, never comment or complain, this time it is really ah............ the worst time

The hotel is relatively old, the surrounding environment is good, and Shin Kong Place next to it! The subway is near too! Breakfast is fine too! It's just that the facilities in the room are very old and there are too few sockets! There is no place to charge! Anyway, I am lying in bed and can’t play with my phone while charging🤣🤣🤣

入住很方便，可以手電子身份證的。老牌酒店雖然裝修趕不上現在了，但是勝在乾淨有品質保障。還是很放心地入住的。

但是有一個問題，我在幾天前就定好的房間，誰知到了前台居然説沒有得到通知，幸好我親自去了，把手機上的訂單給她看了.她們又聯繫了半天，才落實下來.如果是客人去，還不知道是怎麼辦呢… 以前從來沒有發生過這樣的事情，我衹是希望你們認真檢查一下。，

處旅行的典型淡季，針對價格，早餐還可以。房間升級了一點，房間夠大，熱水夠大。但泳池沒有給住店客人提供毛巾的確想不到。儘管沒有健身房（泳池服務告訴我僅僅有跑步機，估計是合理的節省費用）可以理解，國人喜歡健身的不多。

5月初，重慶的天氣最高温度已經突破了30℃。而該酒店的中央空調依舊不開，導致房間內體驗悶熱。致電前台詢問是否提供電風扇，客房服務人員表示借完了，就這樣將就下。在我的強烈要求下勉強拿來了個灰塵較多的電風扇。酒店是個老酒店了，陳設方面本也沒太多期望，中規中矩勉強符合4星標準。但這個酒店的早餐實在是差強人意！9:30結束自助早餐服務，8:30到面對的衹有空盤，在我用餐的30分鐘內完全沒有補餐跡象。此外早餐餐食選擇極其有限，果汁也衹有統一瓶裝橙汁一種選擇。此外酒店工作人員的工作態度也有極大改善空間！
