Banyan Resort Bangsaen

I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were lovely and very friendly, which I really appreciate. However, the room itself was quite old and run-down. There were black stains that looked like mold on the walls and the ceiling panel in the bathroom. The bathroom door handle was broken both inside and out, and I found a very large cockroach in the wardrobe drawer, which made me really uncomfortable about the cleanliness. Even though I stayed for 2 nights, after the first night, there was no room cleaning, no trash emptied, no bed made, no bathroom cleaned, and no essential toiletries like shampoo, drinking water, or fresh towels were replenished. These should be standard basics for a hotel to ensure guest cleanliness and comfort. Before booking, I saw the 6.9/10 review score and had somewhat prepared myself, but I didn't expect the actual condition to be so much lower than my expectations. I paid 1,097.56 Baht for 2 nights and feel it wasn't worth the quality received.

Location: Not far from Bang Saen Beach, which I really liked. No need to drive far. The atmosphere of the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. All amenities are provided, including a TV and refrigerator. Importantly, the bathroom has a water heater, perfect for those who get cold easily ❤️

The electrical outlets weren't very reliable; they were quite loose. But the room overall was okay. It's very close to tourist attractions, very convenient. The atmosphere is nice.

Affordable accommodation in a good location, close to the beach and food areas. The rooms have classic-style air conditioning and a slight scent of antique furniture.

Speaking rudely is not good.
