The room is clean and you can tell that it is a new hotel. Everything is very new. The only regret is that there is no bathtub. My boys are a little regretful. The good thing is that our poolside room is close to the swimming pool and you can open the glass door to get there.

The property is pleasant. Gym was very nice. It was raining and windy and the room window where we slept was shacking. I had to wedge the ice pail coaster between the window and frame to keep it from shaking.

I found hair in my tub so I knew it has not been cleaned. I didn’t make it a huge deal as I can easily clean it off but still grossed out by it. There was also lots of water on my bathroom floor by the toilet and tub. As if some e had showered that morning there.

Beds were horrible! The beds were way too hard, they actually gave me back problems! Also asked to have my room cleaned every day! Had to remind them for three days in a row before they finally cleaned the room!

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly. The location was really close to the freeway, and located near a lot of restaurants.

Booked two queen beds for my daughter and myself. We were given one king bed and given a cot. Totally unacceptable!
