The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant within the hotel that provides room service. The view from our room was breath taking. Youre a short walk from other restaurants/ little shops within navy pier. The ferris wheel is something fun to do that is walking distance as well, I am looking forward to staying here again.

There is a bad smell, such a high-end hotel room has a stench; the sound insulation is so poor that you can hear it when you walk around upstairs; the parking fee is 69 dollars a day, which is too expensive; you can only provide two bottles of mineral water a day, and another bottle costs 3 dollars. Really speechless; when you stay at the front desk, you will be recommended to upgrade WIFI for five dollars a day, but you can use it as usual without paying. The experience is too bad, there may be only one point of purchase - a lake view room. Would not choose again.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery, unique design, convenient environment, convenient check-in and check-out. The service is a bit monotonous, the facilities and equipment are few, bottled water refills are charged, and coffee and tea refills are not timely.
