A special shot out Joel and the other gentleman in the concierge desk. We really enjoyed the stage. I would only suggest to have more different types of teas available for breakfast. The orange cinnamon tea ran out the first morning we stay.

I like the property and the decor enough but I was not a huge fan of the general ambiance and it is kind of an odd set up. The view from our window was amazing since the hotel is very high up in the building! The front desk people were really kind and helpful.

Not the best stay I have had there. Stay was for two nights but room was not refreshed during stay. Lake view room had issues with TV, blinds and internet connectivity. Willing to give it another try because if location for me, but if not improved next tome, I’ll opt for other nearby options.

This isn't a hotel for everyone. It has a pool, sauna and fitness center....but it's only open from 6a-6p M-Th, and 3p on F. No weekends. It's not "kid-friendly."
The hotel is located on the 40th floor of an office building in the financial district. You will need to check in at the front desk, go up two elevators, then check in to the hotel. The rooms are very nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We booked the suite for our stay & we absolutely loved our room. It was spacious & comfortable. We also loved our front desk clerk who checked us in. He was VERY accommodating & attentive. He deserves all of my stars for customer service.
If I had to pick a dislike it would be the parking.
