The hotel is fantastic. The butler service was also terrific. From the complementary coffee from 6 to 10am and the location was close to michigan ave. The room service butler Andrew was terrific. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive. The breakfast is ALA carte.

Exemplary customer service, nothing is too much trouble, situated in an amazing part of town. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants and great stores. Highly recommend Erika at the Spa for the best care and attention to detail for a mani/pedi, a truly immersive SPA experience.

We decided to have a short staycation in Chicago for one night at the St. Regis and had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and the staff (especially the butlers, thanks Erika!) were quite attentive, definitely what you would expect from a top tier property like the St. Regis. Our room was delightful and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've found. The champagne sabrage is a fun touch and made for some great photos. The pool area was very well maintained with plenty of chairs and fresh towels. The location is a little ways from the main shopping on Michigan Ave but we used the house car to drop us off and walked back. We were also able to have dinner at Tre Dita and breakfast at Miru. Two great options without having to leave the hotel, which was perfect since it was cold and raining when we arrived. Overall this was quite a memorable stay and we'll definitely consider staying at this property again for our next staycation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at this new luxury property. As a Marriott Titanium member, I’m excited to have the St. Regis as a high-end choice in Chicago. I normally stay at The Langham, which is exquisite also. The location of the St. Regis is at the very eastern tip of Upper Wacker Drive, so it truly lives up to its slogan of “Where the River meets the Lake.” The hotel decor and infused scent are impressive from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to Timothy on the front desk and Gabriel the doorman, with whom I instantly bonded. Their cheerful demeanor really boosted my stay. Don’t forget to take advantage of the complimentary house transportation; I really enjoyed Arthur, the capable and affable driver, who will take you wherever you need to go within the loop (first come first served.) The restaurants and bars are lovely; pricey as you would expect ($24/cocktail). I booked through AmEx Platinum Fine Hotels and Resorts, so received breakfast every morning (up to $60) and $100 credit toward spa or restaurants. The fitness center and pool are spectacular with awesome lake and river views. There are quite a few outdoor decks and spaces on the fitness and restaurant levels that will be lovely gathering places in the spring and summer. Didn’t get to try the spa this time, hope to do so on my return visit. My room was extremely spacious- a deluxe corner king with “park view”- which means no water view. At first I was disappointed, but I was only in my room to sleep, and used the hotel spaces to take in the water views. Huge bathroom with great amenities; also there was a gift of macarons waiting for me - so delicious! I recommend the hotel and I look forward to returning! It’s great to have another 5-star hotel in Chi!

I chose The St. Regis Chicago for my pre-Christmas trip to visit friends in the Chicago area. Truly a stunning hotel with amazing staff! As an Ambassador Elite I received an upgraded room with a lovely view. There was a tasty holiday treat waiting for me upon my arrival. I chose the breakfast credit as my welcome amenity - the $65 daily credit was very generous for just me, so I was able to have a delicious breakfast each morning of my stay. Tried both room service and in the restaurant and they were both great. The house car was a great perk - I was able to get rides to many downtown locations throughout my stay. I am a sucker for a good bathtub, and the freestanding deep soaking tub was exceptional. You can request bath salts from the butler service to really amp up your bath time. I had booked ahead a massage service - it was so good that I ended up booking a second massage for the morning of my departure. Never felt so relaxed on a flight lol.

We stayed at The St. Regis in January for a birthday/anniversary celebration. From check in to check out, staff were so helpful and attentive. We really appreciated the warm welcome from Veronica, Daniella, and Mark! I wish I had grabbed more names but truly every staff member we met was professional and went out of their way to help. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Miru is such a cool spot and their breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is that the property is so cold just about everywhere. I know it's Chicago winter but ownership should definitely purchase some heaters for the front desk and lobby. I feel for your staff!

Stunning hotel. Impeccable service. We really enjoyed having a drink and a sushi bite at Miru on the top floor. The pool and fitness facilities looked beautiful although we did not partake on this trip. Yudi, the butler was really wonderful, what a treat to have him on-call for coffee tea service, shoe shine, pressing clothes. A world-class hotel. Chicago is lucky to have a St. Regis of this caliber and we felt very lucky to get to experience all it had to offer.

Wow! We wanted to stay here since opening this summer. The building is beautiful and the service impeccable. As Titanium members we used one of our Suite Nights upgrade and stayed with family in a Metropolitan Suite. Absolutely Fabulous!! The check in process was what you’d expect at this caliber and seamless. Having butler service is was sets the St Regis apart over the top offerings in 5 star hotels for Chicago. Our butlers Yudi and Clovisa were fantastic. I took advantage of the shoe shine and press before heading out to our dinner and theater. Both butlers had arranged a special box of macarons for our daughters. We were welcomed back to our Suite with a chilled bottle of lemonade and the Macaroon display. In the morning I asked for kids robes and immediately received two robes with slippers. The pool is very nice but shallow. No hot tub or steam room here. Which is a bit of a disappointment as both JW and RITZ both have steam sauna and hot tub. As a final wow!! When we were ready to head out for our dinner reservations we utilized the house Range Rover for a private drop off to our restaurant. Thanks Arthur. If you are considering booking for your family I highly recommend the St Regis Chicago. Most certainly a 5 star!!

We stayed to celebrate the New Year’s Eve. Suite 826. What’s most impressive is the consistent high end service and attention to the customer experience across all departments. Our doorman/porter promptly greeted us and made an extra effort to sincerely welcome us. Great first impression of service. The front desk assistant (not behind the front desk) helped to hold our bags since our suite was still being cleaned. Very attentive and refined. As we waited in the lounge area in the lobby since our suite was still being cleaned (waited 15 minutes), a different staff member (not at the front desk) checked in on us which was nice. The concierge in the lobby was continuously helping guests in a very attentive way. Our housekeeping attendant did our evening turndown and helped us with our special requests while we were at dinner. And this morning’s breakfast at Miro had surprisingly great service considering it was a Lettuce Entertainment Restraunt (kudos to Allison who gave us 5 star service with sincerity and joy which we did not expect from Lettuce). The front desk staff was a little inconsistent. One great interaction, and one average interaction. Our suite had all the bells and whistles as expected, however, the overall layout and design of the suite was not as impressive as it could have been given the enormous amount of space (ie: bathroom could be smaller, living room could be larger, no hardwood floors)
