下午3點半才能入住，説一直沒打掃出來，讓人這樣乾等。酒店浴房裡麪都是頭髮。。。下午茶勺子是臟的被人舔過的拿給新客人用。。。
整個酒店就一個非常簡陋的遊樂場，户外很多地方都積水封路，下雨天基本是衹能室內躺，不推薦也不會再來

各方面都不錯，服務員都很熱情，當又不會過度服務，總之讓人很舒適。牧野露營地也不錯，負責人會組織小朋友玩遊戲，解放父母。需要改進的：門鎖要檢查維修了。

給你們一分都嫌多！首先、我們一家人奔赴六百多公里來到你這裏、完全沒有感受到一千多一晚酒店的温暖！服務人員全程冷漠😒！二是、當天下午入住後孩子不一會就在房間被咬的一身包、酒店方是怎麼做好驅蚊防蚊工作的？已經入夏了不應該重視起來嗎？3⃣️是房間衞生問題、專門訂的帶泡池房間、然後映入眼簾是污垢佈滿浴池的景象！（後面附圖）四是、晚餐出於便捷考慮在本酒店用餐、可結果令人大失所望！點了三個菜品有兩個根本吃不成！蘿蔔牛腩和蒸排骨完全沒有煮爛、並且排骨肉基本被剔的沒肉了、導致我孩子晚餐沒吃成回房間吃的泡麪！然後我就立刻投訴到平台方、然後酒店方就就衹是拿來了驅蚊葯就沒有然後了！從此可見貴酒店完全是在做一鎚子買賣啊……長此以往將不復存在！

自帶泡池的房間還是值得推薦，環境不錯，早上在鳥鳴聲中醒來，停車也比較方便，上次去的温泉中心泡的，今天這次就在房間裏算了。

我們入住的是庭院泡池大床房，房間設施佈局很有品味也很舒適，泡池很大，泡起來很舒服！整個酒店各方面都不錯，前台辦理入住退房都很快很專業，各處服務人員也都很有職業素養，是極佳的一次體驗！會全力推薦給朋友們，我們有機會一定還會再來。

酒店基礎：設施不錯，問題是，温泉水實在是……實酒店不錯，温泉就是普通熱水，無色無味的熱水。前台大姐説温泉不是硫磺什麼的含某礦物質所以……好吧，姑且相信。酒店陽台浴缸送了一包玫瑰花，泡出來還是無色無味熱水，又讓前台加送一包，讓自己去售貨機買。花了18元買了一包艾草的，勉強浴缸有點温泉水的感覺了。
總結：酒店不錯，温泉就是那個熱灶台，燒的那個開水

住的很舒服～房間也很乾凈，特別是在陽台泡池與洗手間之間有一道直通的門，可以洗完直接泡或泡完再沖洗，方便極了～這個小巧思讓我們很驚喜！還要特別感謝前台的小鄧，不是自駕來的，想出酒店轉轉真心不太方便，但小鄧都幫我們安排的妥妥的，很感謝～下次度假還會選擇春泉莊～
