This hotel is very nice. It’s a chain store, the one I stayed at in Higashi Ikebukuro last time. This branch in Chiba is better, the room is bigger and the layout is more comfortable. It's very close to Chiba Station, just a few minutes' walk. There are restaurants and convenience stores along the way which are very convenient.

It's very good. There are many shuttle buses. The breakfast changes every day and is thoughtful. The facilities are complete, hygienic and clean, the living environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is also very good, and there is a parking lot 🅿️.

Convenient transportation from Narita airport by Messi bus. Location is nearby the Kaihim-makuhari JE station. Fifteen minutes walk to messe. Good room cleaning work. This is the 2nd time I stay here. Reception can help to arrange the local delivery which is very convenient.

The windows in the room were very large and open, the room was spacious, the bath and toilet were separate, and we could use the high-quality lounge whenever we wanted within the hours, so we were very satisfied with just that and would like to come back for a relaxing vacation. There was a little bit of noise from the floors above and in the hallways, but we were very satisfied!!

The room is clean and well-equipped, and the toilet and bathroom are separate. The transportation to the hotel is convenient, and there is a bus directly to the airport. There are large outlets, shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel to meet your daily needs.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

It's right next to the station and there's a huge shopping mall. The amenities include bath salts and face masks, and you can choose the amount you need, so you can relax after your trip. It was also nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It was nice that they also provided free drinks. However, the small parking lot is a bit of a minus. I would still like to use it again.

Use it for GW in family. Dinner (tavern) seems to be eaten at the restaurant until late at night. Facilities It is clean in a new building. There is free coffee, paid laundry, ice making machine, and hot spring at the front desk. The hot spring was available from ５ hours, so it is also used in the morning. Rooms There are chairs, tables and standlights, and they are well equipped to work and study. The size is perfect. Dining Because it is a menu of business hotels, there are several types of Japanese food, Western food, and (no fruit) i think the front desk was good. It was a comfortable hotel that I wanted to stay again. Especially the public bath was a hot spring, so it was the best! It was used for the consecutive holiday, but there was no appearance that the front desk and the meal were abnormally crowded.

I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am. You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied. Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.
