A perfect hotel real class unbelievable lifts and of course Japanese toilets what else could you wish for

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice

Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized. A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day. The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable. The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.

It's a nice hotel , we can enjoyed view from the sky restaurant and alson enjoyed the sauna and hot springs

Please stay here if you find reasonable cost and quiet place.

The rooftop onsen is fantastic, even better than what you'd find at most hot spring hotels in Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently situated right above the Immigration Bureau, which is known for its long queues. This makes it incredibly convenient to stay overnight and just go down to grab a queue number first thing in the morning.

Nice, clean hotel, situated in a generally residential area. The signage in the lifts suggests there's a bar and a restaurant, but these weren't operating during our stay. There are 2 nearby monorail stations (10 to 15 minutes). The further of the 2, Chibaminato, is also a regular train station.

Spacious room and have outdoor hot spring. Wonderful!
