If you buy an express bus, you'll be there in one stop.

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

The breakfast food is good, but the best location is that it is on the 14th floor of the hotel. You must have breakfast by the window. You will see a very beautiful sea view outside as the sun rises.
