It is true that a microwave oven is installed, it is close to the station, and the amenities are substantial, but it is disappointing in terms of software.

Everytime we are travelling in Japan we always choose Daiwa Roynet, everything are excellent here. The property is relatively business area and nearest to the train station, has konbini and easy check in and out self service. Everyday clean.

Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places. The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

蘇我スポーツ公園のイベントの為22m3スーペリアツインに4連泊しました。お部屋はゆっくりくつろげましたが、以前口コミに投稿されていた排水溝の黒カビと浴槽周りの赤カビはいまだに改善されていませんでした。また他にも色々目につく部分もありましたが目をつぶることにしました。ただ、流石に空気清浄機が埃まみれだったのは交換してもらいました。 ランチで食堂もやっているしシェフのアレンジでなどうたっているので密かに期待をして朝食付きプランにしましたが、メニューは２日おきに変わる鮭と鯖の焼き魚(?)温めるだけの業務用スクランブルエッグやマカロニサラダ、ひじきや蒟蒻の煮物、他のメニューは４日何の変わり映えもせずうたい文句に反して正直飽きました。シェフのアレンジなどとHPに掲載するなら業務用のものそのままではなくもう少し工夫が欲しいです。 ただ、スタッフの方やルームクリーニングの方の対応は良かったのでトータルで満足はしています。

　I searched online for the first time I visited Ichihara City and chose a hotel, but I booked a twin room ２ room in the West Building. The room was on the ４ floor but the modern interior and toilet bathroom were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed due to the coronavirus and I couldn't eat the breakfast buffet, but I had dinner at the hotel １ Chinese for the night, and ２ Yakitori restaurant for the night. Both were really delicious. It was a trip with my grandson, but I was very satisfied.
