I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am.
You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied.
Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

It was a disgusting room due to lack of cleaning. It was new, the room was bright and there was no pain in the interior, so it looked clean at first glance, but the cleaning was scattered. Hair is falling in the bathroom, the drain is not cleaned, and the dust accumulation in the corner of the carpet. The toilet also smells of urine ammonia, and the shower curtains smell rusty. Moreover, when I pointed out and returned at night, it was not cleaned. This is the fault that the magnet for cleaning was not attached to the door. Despite the fact that I told you in the morning, this response is sad. There was no explanation to paste the magnet. When I looked closely, it was secretly written on the guide paper handed over at check-in. I wonder if anyone notices this. The room I had changed was large, but it was also lacking in cleaning. Dust was covered on the shelves and hangers. Moreover, hair was scattered on the sheets. It is highly evaluated as cheap and clean on the net, but I wonder if I am too nervous. It is true that a microwave oven is installed, it is close to the station, and the amenities are substantial, but it is disappointing in terms of software.

Reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.

I stayed from March 6th to 10th, 2024.
・About customer service and customer service of employees
Customer service: They were very kind, which was nice.
Service: There was a large plate near the ice machine which was helpful.
・About breakfast (additional charge)
Since the venue was on the top floor, it was a buffet style where everyone could eat on their own.
The number of staff members varied greatly depending on the time of day and day.
Due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, I understand that gloves are still required.
I immediately understood why this was not explained to people on tours overseas.
I thought it was strange that even though it was written in Japanese, it was not written for people overseas.
Also, even though the staff at this hotel were from overseas, they didn't respond in this way.
It seemed questionable.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 7th: 1 staff member
*As there were only older staff members, customers had to call out to them and replenish the dishes that were placed.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 8th: Staff: 2 people
*On the 7th and 8th, I had the impression that there were few staff members even though there were many overseas sightseeing tourists.
・Enter from 8:00 on the 9th: 2 staff members
・Enter from 6:40 on the 10th: 4 staff members
If possible, I would like to add a breakfast buffet to those traveling abroad.
At the very least, I would like them to add a notice to the breakfast venue that says, ``Today, overseas tourists on tour will also be using this service.''
I was traveling alone, so I didn't really care.
For honeymooners, this doesn't make them feel very good about their trip.
I would also like to have employees who can speak the languages of people traveling overseas.
It depends on the country, but only Japanese people have the custom of cleaning up the dishes they have eaten.
During the three days I used it, only Japanese people were cleaning up the dishes.
If you have a breakfast buffet, at least explain this to people on overseas tours.
I would like to have staff who understand the language available to help.
・About each equipment
Humidifier: The old type makes noise when used, so it is best not to use it when going to bed.
Open-air baths: Separated for men and women, and security was controlled by passwords. I went in with confidence.
WiFi: Connected immediately.
Smartphone: 1, Switch: 2
*There was no outlet near the bed, so I went to Donki near Zuku Hotel to buy an extension cord.
*It was inconvenient because there were few outlets for outlets.
・About the shuttle bus
The shuttle bus timetable was not updated online, so I did not use it.
・About the vicinity of the hotel
Next to the hotel: Daiso, Matsukiyo, Donki
Opposite: Hotto Motto, Seven, Drugstore
*Please be careful about the business hours of Daiso, Matsukiyo, and Hotto Motto.

I booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places.
The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

I searched online for the first time I visited Ichihara City and chose a hotel, but I booked a twin room 2 room in the West Building. The room was on the 4 floor but the modern interior and toilet bathroom were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed due to the coronavirus and I couldn't eat the breakfast buffet, but I had dinner at the hotel 1 Chinese for the night, and 2 Yakitori restaurant for the night. Both were really delicious. It was a trip with my grandson, but I was very satisfied.

Excellent
Hhagemanomiya【Room facilities】◇The room type used is a single room.◇The room is relaxing and comfortable to go back and forth.◇The desk is large. It is about 80cm wide and 50cm deep. The desk itself is not large, but it is very comfortable because there is no extra thing and all can be used as a work space. ◇ There are four lighting places (entrance, ceiling, pillow (light-dimmed table stand), bathroom), very bright. ◇ There are 7 outlet plugs (one on the pillow, two on the desk, one on the washbasin, one in the TV cabinet, two at the bottom right of the bathroom door), very convenient. ◇ TV is available in a 40-type class (cabinet) and can be viewed on the ground digital BS. VOD is available for 1,000 yen per night (free depending on the room type, this time unused). ◇ The refrigerator is 40L class and the temperature can be adjusted. When you use it, turn the upper switch on. ◇ There is an electric kettle. Green tea and tea packs are placed as services. The cup is a tumbler. ◇ The air conditioner is individual air conditioning. Temperature, wind volume, wind direction adjustment and operation mode switching are possible. ◇ Room key is a non-contact IC card. If you don't insert the room key into the exclusive slot during the room, the power of the whole room (including air conditioning) will fall. ◇ I can hear a little bit of a voice in the corridor, but there is no voice or water flow in the next room. ◇ When the window is closed, I don't care about the noise outside at all. [Internet environment] ◇ Free Wi-Fi connection is available. ◇ There are variations depending on the time zone, but the line speed is about 10 ~30Mb/s, up 4 ~15Mb/s. ◇ I didn't feel stress in browsing the video site. 【Bathroom toilet】 ◇ The bathroom toilet is the same room (3 point unit bus). ◇ The water pressure of the shower is medium ~ strong. ◇ Water plug is a thermostat mixing plug. ◇ bathtub is medium size. Not able to stretch my legs in adult men of 175cm height. ◇ Amenities include ”Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand washing soap (foam type), dryer, toothbrush, comb, razor, body towel”. ◇ The ceiling on the tasting is low. There is no 30 cm from the top of the head to the ceiling of an adult male of 175 cm in height. ◇ It seems that a large bath is available (not used this time). 【Bedding】◇Semi-double bed. ◇ The pillow is not too hard and too soft, just good. [Ambient environment] ◇ You can walk to JR Hamano Station, but there is a little distance. ◇ There is a restaurant within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. ◇ With the car, you can use many restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. 【Parking】◇There is a vast parking lot on the hotel premises. ◇Weekday holidays, even late at night, there is vacancy. [Others] ◇ There are 3 elevators, so it is almost non-traffic. The stairs are also available, so the floor movement is very smooth. ◇AM6:30~AM9:00 you can have a buffet breakfast. The menu is rich. ◇ Free coffee service is available in the lobby. ◇ I think it is good to use by car considering the location and the size of the parking lot. ◇ It seems that it has not been so long since it opened. Very clean and cozy. ◇ As a business hotel, the room rate is a bit high, but the facilities and services are firm, so I think it is a reasonable price considering it. It is unsatisfactory to use only business. ※ The above is the situation I used and may be different now. ※ All of this is based on my subjective opinion.
SsheepdeepsleepBecause my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.
ZZhangjieThe room is not big, but it is clean and well-equipped. It is not far from Chiba Station, with convenient transportation and direct buses to the airport. There are convenience stores and large shopping malls around, which is quite convenient. The receptionists are several Sri Lankan and Nepalese ladies, who are quite friendly and enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThe room is small, the facilities are a bit old, the other is that the cleaning is once every three days, the triple room is set, and the front desk gives a single room and a double room.
GGuest UserThe location is great and the lobby has a high ceiling and is open. The rooms are large and the parking lot is free, but it is difficult to take a bath because the bath is easy to clog and the water drainage is poor. The bed mattress is ok, but the pillows are not good. I thought the breakfast buffet was not very good. I was curious that the employees were taking buffet salads and drinks with the customers, and I was surprised that the employees also had breakfast at the same buffet as the customers. Normally, when customers are using the buffet, do employees mix with customers to cook? The front desk clerk felt normally good, but the breakfast employees were insane and pulled quite a bit. The room is large but disillusioned with the quality of the pillows, the poor drainage in the bathroom, and the insane attitude of the elderly female employees at the breakfast venue. No repeat.
MMyKaguraI stayed in a room with an irregular 2-stage bed at my family stay. The bed above is a little wider than the bench, but it was sleeping properly with adults and infants, and the large bed below seemed to be sleeping firmly with adults and children. There is a breakfast venue next to the front desk on the 1 floor, but the group of business trips (uncles) were gathering and talking. It was a home atmosphere. There was seven eleven right next to it, shopping was convenient, the station was close, and it was a very convenient place.
TTyourai521-It's very good. There are many shuttle buses. The breakfast changes every day and is thoughtful.
The facilities are complete, hygienic and clean, the living environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is also very good, and there is a parking lot 🅿️.
KKhemraThe room is well designed and clean. I find the mattress to be a little uncomfortable because it sagged. There is a lounge area behind the reception and it is very spacious.
IiskwttyIt is located in the drinking street 2, 3 minutes walk from Chiba station. Be careful because it is called ”Chiba EKI Mae” of the same Toyoko inn a little far away. Totally for business, the room is the right Toyoko inn. It is exactly the same as the size of other Toyoko inn and bed, the pattern of the cover, and the bed placed on the window. The room is not too small and not large. The bus toilet was clean and clean. There is no shortage of service, and there is no mistake if you only stay.
TTangreat staff! basic English ok, close to a monorail station, and a decent number of options for dinner in the area.
had a small room with 2 single beds. carpet had spots and stains. the room is actually clean, but the sight of those stains made it feel dirty. toilet was a little cramped, think airplane-type toilets, just a little bigger.. but this is typical of Japanese hotels etc. they had a couple of multi purpose rooms, and a coin laundry setup on the top floor..
