房間空間大、衛浴的水力很夠、桌子夠大適合辦公，附的早餐是餐盒，份量很多，樓下有7-11，整體來說很便利！

很適合親子旅遊的飯店，茶水間有貼心的奶瓶消毒鍋，樓下又有7-11。離故宮南院和咩咩上樹及高鐵站很近。

房間小，浴室也小，停車地點不方便，遇到下雨天，真的是災難，要吃早餐還得淋雨到另一棟，唯一的優點是早餐樣式多，但住過一次就夠了，不推薦
枕頭不好睡，凌晨被空調內的異聲吵醒，是一趟不舒服的體驗

因為臨時出差預定住宿，地點在故宮南院對面，如果要來逛的話非常近，每層有親子遊戲室適合帶小朋友放電。住的房間斜對面剛好是飲水機，隔音稍差，會聽到門外的其他房客使用飲水機的聲音，早晨六點多也會有幼童在走廊上的清晰哭聲。但整體住宿體驗是很不錯的👍有很大的停車場（住宿免費停車）🅿️要稍微繞一下才會找到入口。飯店門口鄰近超商，附近有間好吃到要排隊的日式料理店（無法預約）

離故宮很近算方便，吃東西有7-11,還有一間日本料理店好吃，建議要訂位才不會久等，住房裡小巧乾淨，只是被安排到繞兩圈最底部的房間，我和兒子回房跟出去都要走很久。2樓遊戲區清潔需加強沒有提供任何消毒的物品。走道比較暗需加強照明。

我們是平日入住這兒，住積木館二人房，沒有附早餐。所以，都是在市區吃飯。位置離南院南門口超近，離市區很近，週二、四有夜市。房間隔音很好，房內格局寬敞，還可以作瑜珈。晚上特別寧靜，幾乎沒有車子噪音，價錢算合理。整趟下來，個人非常滿意這次旅行和住宿。還有停車場超寬敞的。

很乾淨讓我錯覺以為是新的飯店，結果沒想到有一段時間了，不過真的很乾淨，小孩放生很安全，大人可以自己休息自己的，現場服務人員的態度也非常好！小孩房間裡面跟飯店外面都玩的很開心！
