We had booked a room for 1 night while on our trip to Italy. We indicated in the booking form that we would arrive late. When we arrived at 22h30, the reception was closed, with an information on the door to call a number in case no one would be here. We tried to call more than 10 times, no one ever picked up the phone. We had to look for another hotel after the long road, and this has been very painful. When we called the hotel on the next day, the hostess was so unrespectful, using a bad tone to speak to us and just said that we arrived too late. When we told her that we had a late arrival booking she hung up the phone !!! We were charged for a no-show, and I am still trying to get the refund. Go somewhere else if you want to be well-treated.
