Extraordinarily beautiful hotel, very expensively done up , great riverside location , great breakfast assisted by the best breakfast staff I have seen in a hotel, great food , super super (yes really ) beds and good room furnishings, easy access for disabled etc...all were the mostly unanimous opinion of my group of 25 but we can't give it 5* for the following reasons (so check with the hotel if they have improved): 1) NO HOT WATER in all of the rooms we had. No apologies from management but we got a derisory discount as we were paying the bill! They could have offered our group to move to the other building which had hot water as we complained the day before group arrivals as we checked in earlier . Bad management 2) Extremely noisy because of stone floors in rooms and corridors which produce echoes and can drive you nuts... This can be immediately improved by carpet runners in the corridors and a few area rugs in the bedrooms. 3) The room cleaning staff yak yak in very loud voices waking everybody up very early in the morning. Bad management 4) A mixed bag at the front desk. Most were fabulously charming and helpful but one was surly, uninterested and sullen to the point of almost being rude. Shame. 5) No furniture at all on the lovely big patio outside our room All of that said....it's still a great hotel. Five ***** if they can get a grip and we shall be back to check!

The accommodation is located on the superhighway, convenient to travel and has a spacious car park, there are many spots for taking pictures, the service of the staff is very good, the rubber hotel, mini bar service in front of the check-in counter, can eat fruit juice, drinking water and soft drinks for free, there is also a snack counter and a fruit counter. You can also pick up and eat. The modern design room is spacious, the bathroom is beautiful, clean and there is a direct order service to the room, good taste, inexpensive, one dish starting at 79 baht for the room itself. The design is striking, has an elevator, serving breakfast, completely organized. The taste is good, there are enough seats, the staff at every service point are very good and the room price is not very high, suitable for general travelers.

Loveeee the big room and beautiful building with a touch of wood and cultural design. Oh! So beautiful! Location wise could be better but grab is easily to catch. Receptionist and security was very warm from the check in and prompt with communication and help during a little electric cut one night due to storm and heavy rain. Pools was nice and clean, and just needed a quick touch-up with the broken tile as it is a little sharp. A lil feedback to maybe get the netflix and youtube for in-house entertainment. I’ve tried to get it connected but sadly it wasn’t successful. All in all, I enjoyed my stay :))

The geographical position is superior. It is a 5-minute walk from Three Kings Square, Peta Gate, Wat Phra Singh, Chedi Luang Temple, Chiang Mai Women’s Prison, and Bar 48garage. Chinese service is provided. Children staying without an extra bed will be charged 100 baht per person per day. The buffet breakfast is simple, the hotel room is small but clean, and the refrigerator and water heater are electric and the water temperature is not enough. But the price is reasonable.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The service is impeccable. The owner cooks the breakfast personally. The staff, Yumi, is really helpful and suggested restaurants nearby whicj are really good. I will definitely return to Amata Lanna Village when I come to ChiangMai again!

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the ancient city of Chiang Mai, but the hotel is relatively new, the rooms are clean, and the service staff are very polite. It's a pity that the hotel does not include breakfast. Breakfast is charged separately, and it is relatively expensive, and the price/performance ratio is not high. I hope that breakfast can be included in future stays.
