Everything was great with this apartment hotel. We even booked an extra 2 weeks. They cleaned thoroughly everyday and the view was beautiful. However, upon leaving, they said the cover for the T.V remote was missing and I should pay 350 baht to replace the entire remote. I can't see how it was completely missing from the apartment. They only told us once our cab had already arrived, so we couldn't even go up and look for it ourselves. An upsetting end to an otherwise great stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel - it's close to the Central Shopping Centre and you can also walk to the Maya Mall. The room was very spacious but I was given a twin room instead of a room with a double bed. The room attendant supplied drinking water on a daily basis as well as coffee, sugar and milk powder. The only problem I had was with the noise on the Monday night - this continued until 4.30am the next morning with no apology made for any disturbance and I struggled to fall asleep. The hotel doesn't cater for international guests as all the television channels are in Thai language (not even one English channel) and there is no hot water or a plug for the basin - as a result I really struggled to shave.

Although the hotel is a little far away from the central area, as long as you rent a motorcycle, you will have no problem traveling. It is only 10 minutes and 8 minutes away. The hotel environment is good and quiet. The room is large and the stay is very comfortable. , there is a laundry at the intersection of the hotel, with manual service in the morning and self-service in the evening, which is very convenient. The service attitude of the staff was very good, they helped me contact the car rental company, and also provided breakfast and round-trip airport hotel pick-up service, which made me feel like a VIP at home. If I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai next time, I will continue to book!

It's my 3rd time staying in this hotel and as normal I booked a 1-bedroom suite. The room is huge and clean. It's not in the city centre but not far from any places of interest. Get a grab-car you're just around Baht 100 for each trip to all major shopping centres and night markets. 10 minutes walk from the hotel you'll find the Tops Supermarket for all that you need. There are swimming pools, gym and a self-service laundry. I particularly enjoy the breakfast and the Thai dishes served in their small restaurant downstair.

Stayed quietly and well. Good value for money There's not much to do around the neighborhood because it's Santitam! You can stay cheaply and rent a scooter and go to Nim or Old Town!
