We checked in at the property around 9pm the woman behind the counter was short with us and couldn't even look up from her computer to speak to us. When I booked the property it said extended parking was available for 5.00 per day with free airport shuttle. I asked the woman about the parking she advised that it was 10.00 per day and was annoyed that I even asked about it. She threw the white binder up on the counter for me to hand write my vehicle information in. I filled out the information and she charged my card 50.00 for 5 days. No receipt was given and nothing was given to put in or on my car. We went to our very room for the night. Room was clean but oddly/half remodeled. There was partially patched holes in the walls, no toilet paper holder on the wall, ect. We had signed up for the 7:00am airport shuttle the night before. We were in the lobby by 6:40am and waiting until 715 for the shuttle to arrive. While waiting I asked the man sitting on the counter about the extended parking, that I had paid the night before but wasn't given any sort of receipt. He handed me to slips of paper to tape on my window that said paid. I was nervous about the whole situation but left for the airport regardless. While on my trip 3 days later I received a call from another man at the hotel asking if I had a car parked there. I stated "Yes, is there a problem?" his response was "oh ok, just checking."
