The room was great! It had a washing machine, a large TV, a fan, a smart toilet, and smart power outlets. Everything felt very new and innovative. I was very satisfied with my stay.

There is a large parking lot downstairs, parking is free, there are many breakfast shops and Chinese restaurants next to the hotel to choose from, and there is a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor, which is quite convenient. It is recommended to stay here.

This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious, and the amenities, including the bedding, felt really high quality. I had a very comfortable stay. What really stood out were the thoughtful details, like the retractable clothesline in the shower – I’ve stayed in so many hotels where I never know where to hang my laundry. And the smart toilet was a nice touch! 👍 The breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety of good quality food. As for location, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Chenzhou West Station, 20 minutes from Beihu Park, and also about 20 minutes from the Train Head Canteen, assuming no traffic. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it's a bit far from Dongjiang Lake and Feitian Mountain – about an hour and 40 minutes respectively.

Traveling to Chenzhou by car, I knew the hotel's location was perfect for getting around. Parking in the backyard was a relief. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom had no strange water odors. The staff were very warm and helpful; any issues could be brought to the front desk and were generally resolved. There were plenty of local food options nearby, right outside the door, and the environment was also good. After a good night's rest, we were ready to continue exploring the next day. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Excellent hotel, definitely a five-star review! I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I searched for another hotel and this one looked good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its light luxury style and sophisticated ambiance. The owner must have great taste and vision. The main entrance design reminded me of the Rosewood Guangzhou. All the different sections of the lobby had a fantastic design. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a suite, and the floor attendant was also very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was abundant. It's just been too hot these past two days; I'll come back in summer or autumn!

The environment and facilities are top-notch, with everything feeling brand new and very comfortable. Upon entering, everyone was incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with genuine smiles – truly excellent service. The hotel offers self-service check-in, and the staff's guidance was superb, making me feel truly valued. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious local Hunan specialties, tailored perfectly to the region. The room was spotless, and the smart home controls throughout made everything very convenient and quick to use. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying, a truly excellent choice.

The bathroom has good water pressure and hot water comes out quickly, with all toiletries provided. The mattress is just right, neither too soft nor too hard, ensuring a very refreshing sleep. The soundproofing in the room is also quite good, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The room was spotless and free of any odors. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location is also convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Chenzhou.
