The service from a staff member named W, who I believe is on WeChat, was absolutely terrible. When I checked in, I paid for four breakfast coupons that she pushed on me. On the third morning, since one person couldn't eat breakfast, I went to the front desk in advance to try and cancel one. Not only did she refuse to refund it, claiming the coupons were discounted, but she also had a terrible attitude. She outright insulted me, accusing me of not being the one who bought the coupons and insinuating I was trying to falsely return them. If it weren't for another slightly plumper girl who sincerely apologized to me, I would have definitely complained about her on the spot. As for the hotel's environment, it's really not good. The plaza dancers across the street are singing and dancing all day long, and the noise is truly disturbing. Also, we specifically booked a non-smoking family room because we have a child, but there was a constant smell of smoke in the room. Furthermore, although the hotel is called 'Yu Hou Jie Store,' it actually takes at least 15 minutes to walk there.

This hotel booked for this trip is really worth it! The location is in the city center, a few minutes walk to popular business districts and attractions, shopping and punching in is super convenient. The room is spacious and bright, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bedding is clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, two breakfast experiences are sent, the breakfast is also very rich, there are local special fishmeal. Check-in and check-out are very fast, and local food and travel guides are also recommended. Self-service laundry is available on the first floor, laundry detergent and disinfectant are available, and it is dried directly after washing, which is very good. The price is super high, next time you come to this city, you must choose this one!
