This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was how clean everything was. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the countertops and toilet were spotless. The hotel's overall environment was very comfortable, with warm colors, soft lighting, and no strange odors. The attention to detail was excellent; even the restrooms had disinfectant alcohol! The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and patient. Highly recommended!

The service can be said to be no. I didn’t see the front desk. I found that I didn’t know what door was standing at. I saw the guests coming and didn’t have the enthusiasm to quickly handle it. Then I was more annoying. I knew that I wanted to wash and dry the clothes and told me that the minimum setting for the clothes was 1 and a half. More than hours ～ more than 2 hours I repeatedly asked if it was true. She answered yes. I thought I couldn't wash the clothes. Finally, the more I thought about confirming it myself. The lowest result is not that long. Don't mislead the guests. It caused me to fail to wash during the planned time. Clothing, then why do I come to open an hour? Secondly, the room card and card set given did not write the room number at all. She had to say what kind of fairy front desk was this. Finally, a front desk staff can also know that the normal process service is better. The hotel for the transit break of the trip was selected and the result was such a result.

The room was clean, tidy, and bright, and the surrounding scenery was fantastic. It's also very close to attractions like Gaoyiling. The attached picture is of the view from the window in my room. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, the front desk attendant gave us sachets when we checked in, which were very pretty. The breakfast spread was extensive, and we even got to try zongzi (rice dumplings) handmade by the aunties. When we checked out, they kindly allowed us a 30-minute late check-out (we wanted to rest a bit longer before heading back) and gave us a small hotel gift. Overall, I highly recommend this place! If I ever come back to Chenzhou, this will definitely be my top choice.

Only two staff members greeted me proactively throughout my entire multi-week stay. Some female front desk staff were warm and attentive towards male guests but cold and perfunctory towards female guests. This clear double standard was very uncomfortable. 2. **Double Standards and Formalism in Breakfast Voucher Policy** I rarely eat breakfast, but occasionally, when I went to the restaurant, I could dine directly even without a breakfast voucher; no one checked or collected them on-site. However, every time I went to the front desk, they repeatedly emphasized that breakfast vouchers must be collected daily and that I couldn't take multiple at once. This inconsistency in policy enforcement is a serious case of formalism. 3. **Absence of Basic Housekeeping Services, Inadequate Cleaning** During my extended stay, my room was often missed during housekeeping, and the drinking water was frequently not replenished. As a long-term guest, I received no special benefits. I once asked the front desk to help me pick up a meal from next door – a simple, one-minute task, and I wasn't making frequent requests – but the front desk flatly refused without even attempting to help coordinate or inquire. There was a complete lack of service empathy. 4. **Improper Package Storage, Lack of Basic Respect** All customer packages, regardless of value, were haphazardly stacked on the floor without proper storage, posing risks of loss or damage. 5. **Rude Laundry Service Staff, Lack of Basic Etiquette** The cleaning lady who collected laundry had a poor attitude. Her knocking was forceful, and her tone was very impatient. Basic service etiquette was completely missing. With all these issues, I'd like to know if this truly reflects your hotel's service standards and corporate culture. I hope the hotel will address these problems and strengthen staff service training.
