The location of the hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, but it is relatively remote and there is no shopping mall or supermarket. The room rates are too expensive, and the five-star hotel in the city center is only half the price of the hotel I stayed in.

The best hotel in town! I have stayed in several hotels in Chennai and this is by far one of the best. You feel totally excluded from the busy city of Chennai and have a nice a peaceful time in the hotel. The rooms are big and beautiful, the level of service is super high. The restaurants are really good. Would definitely recommend to try Pan Asia!

I only stayed for a total of 4 hrs in the hotel as I was in transit. The bathroom had so ***y issues. Early in the morning, water started pouring in the tub and I had to get up and turn it off. Same thing happened when we were leaving. Not sure if the lights have timer. It turned off right during the shower and left me with pitch black darkness. It took all my energy to open and close the bathroom door. The only thing that was great was the food !

Very pleasant stay with top quality service provided by hotel staffs. The room was well maintained. There is no theft or things missing even if we are not there in the room. They only provide breakfast and it is very good. They have a very big menu for the breakfast itself. Whenever we need something we just have to make a call to reception they will make the things done. Also the gym is good with basic treadmill and other things.

Going to India for a business trip, this hotel with friends, the hotel's internal facilities and environment are very good, the price is very affordable, opposite the FORUM MALL, shopping and eating is also very convenient

I am visiting this fantastic hotel for the second time. I'll give it ten out of ten in each category. Beautiful room with excellent amenities, including a complimentary breakfast in the morning. shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel.Every member of staff goes above and beyond to assist you in a warm and welcoming way.We had a great day and really enjoyed our time at the gym .Sahiba and Survi and Spandan  the loyalty staff member, was always willing to assist and had a lovely smile.made our stay incredibly cosy.I would suggest this hotel to everyone because it is conveniently located near all regions on foot.

Amazing stay with Novotel ambiance is good upon arrival Penzom take care about our preference and she was very polite it was lovely stay with Novotel upon check out jatin also helped us for booking the uber to airport we would love to visit again thankyou again

Extremely disappointed, got carried away by their website and couple of reviews. Please don’t choose to stay if you want peace of mind.... Booked for an executive room, nonetheless it was just a small room pretty much the same as deluxe room in other hotels, not impressed. Room service was pathetic you need to ring them up for everything right from towel to soap. You won’t find anything in the room. Complimentary water bottle will be delivered at their own convenience. I have never seen 15” TV in the hotels perhaps made exclusively for this hotel I guess. Icky odour from the AC never let me to sleep well. Added to my surprise AC made a huge breaking noise while running, cover of the AC unit found broken hanging. I had to change my room midnight around 3.00am. Salty water runs in the bathroom which is really unpleasant. The list goes a long way....let me stop now Overall it was nightmare and bad experience would never think of staying again....
