Very poor maintenance of the room and restrooms, untrained staff. Treebo or other hotel posses good amenities. Room is occupied by bugs and cockroaches

Breakfast Food was good. Internet was not good to ***age work. It would be really helpful to have better Wi-Fi services. People were good.

The stay is excellent... Everything is good... The welcome drink is great the staff is great sahiba, shyam and abhijit was so polite thenx for making my stay comfortable. The rooms are. Very neet and clean... All good i will come next time. All good

I was came for my official work ........ in chennai i was staying in vadapalani ginger after 2 days i was not feeling well my health was not good in that period they was taking care of me they are very nice people, sahiba and shyam nice to meet u guys thanx

The room was too dirty and tooexpensive for its amenities. The rooms were dirty and small for rs. 4k. The details of the stay was explained before hand and extra charges were levied during checkout.. I would recommend other hotels near ginger that are much better.

This is the first time i m staying in ginger it was excellent... unexpected..... everything is great the hotel Welll maintain the welcome drink is very nice the staff is very great i met saheba she is very sweet and calm girl sweet and polite thank u for making my stay comfortable

The staff were very nice and approachable however the rooms on the other hand were not so lavish or spacious as compared to the prices. I paid 4.4k/night -The rooms were very old - Bathroom amenities were not upto the mark - The corridor lights were off at night Overall the experience was average compared to the price.

Always nice stay at ginger hotels when ever we stay in ginger hotel always will be nice and comfortable stay will be provided by the hotel staff and good amenities will be provided in all hotels and staff Ms.Sahiba and Mr.Argha are good staff and always attend the guest with smile
