The hotel is located in a very beautiful location. A luxurious sandy beach. A great place to swim. Beautiful embankment along the sea. There is a large swimming pool with warm water on the territory of the hotel, there are also hot springs. The room is cozy, large, clean with a large balcony and stunning sea views from the window. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Special thanks to the manager, whose name is Rosa, who met us at the reception. Rosa speaks excellent English, helped us in all matters. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed less than I planned... There are not so many options for food specially western options (there are not options at all). You need to wear hat to use the pools, not very convinient for me.

Nice, spacious room. Nice pool and resort area. It's right on the beach. Breakfast is good. Low choice of food to order online. Far away from the city and attractions.

Overall the staff tried to help but the hotel is run down, many things not working and not suited to westerners! No towels or water at the pool! Limited food mostly Chinese - if more effort was put into the hooked and overall appearance plus some upgrades on the food could be much better. It is too far from anything to order so better food should be available

位置有些偏 但是靠海啊 海景意外好看 周邊沒什麼吃的 衹能每天在酒店點餐 想要熱鬧這裏沒有 想要清凈點的可以選擇這裏 299白菜價海景房 還要什麼自行車 在這家丟了一件睡衣 以後睡衣不要帶白色 帶個鮮艷點的顏色 不容易丟床上融為一體看不到它 打電話了 但是説沒見到睡衣 但就是在這家丟的 不然見鬼嘍 換到第二家時發現沒睡衣了 中間什麼地方也沒去 大箱子拉着 睡衣也不可能自己從箱子跑出去 怪自己丟三落四

總體來説還是不錯，就是酒店是老酒店沒什麼人，設施比較齊全，就是位置靠近西海岸，這邊出去就是海，但是呢，離市中心交通比較遠。讓我驚喜的是還有一個浴缸。

1.先説下大環境，澄邁不是什麼旅遊區域，這次出行是來看長者，酒店出來住方便些。所以如果是旅遊度假還是傳統的海南東線那些城市或者海口市。
2.酒店硬件還可以，應該是那種公寓型，有小冰櫃油煙機什麼，泳池也還挺大，離海邊也近，海邊有些攤位，但是整體海灘衞生條件一般。因為在家裡吃，沒訂帶早餐的，具體酒店餐飲情況不清楚。
3.酒店服務，服務很熱情，入住人不多，直接給換海景房，服務員做保潔挺及時的，服務員也很有好，可以感覺到。
4.整體來説因為價格相對比較低，所以軟件條件也符合這個性價比。入住的羣體抽煙喝酒比較多，泳池休息躺椅上到處抽煙的搞得露天泳池上方區域也是煙味，電梯裏也是濃濃煙味，身邊過去的客人濃濃酒氣，要麼就是拿個牙簽電梯裏嘎嘎呲着牙掏牙的……所以如果對軟實力有要求的可以再考慮。

西海岸絕佳的看日落寶地
酒店遠離核心旅遊區，但是價位很動人，房間超級大還可以看到海景，夜晚還能看到海上星星點點的漁船燈。
淡季人超少，設施有點老舊，服務很好衹是沒那麼高端而已，但是自己看海就好要什麼服務~（入住而外贈送了兩份洗護套裝，很實用呢；上下車迎賓服務也很細緻）
吃飯可以點外賣，海灘也有小攤兒燒烤，小攤兒就餐還有天幕，看着絕美日落，吃着燒烤喝着啤酒，太悠哉了！
