酒店位置在縣城中心，地段好，出行方便，樓下有大型購物中心，連鎖超市，吃飯很方便，前台服務很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈，洗臉毛巾是一次性的很衞生，對於有潔癖的我來説很是滿意，還有小童枕頭，小童牙刷，小童拖鞋，細節做的很到位，推薦五星⭐

酒店設施完善 ，性價筆超高 ，wifi很給力，環境不錯 ，地理位置很好 ，附近逛街吃飯很方便，房間很好 很喜歡，打掃的很乾凈衞生，完全住的很放心，前台小姐姐很熱情，會主動問好，就算丟東西他們也會幫忙放前台，還主動聯繫我，總之服務很貼心。

酒店負責人還是挺靠譜的，反映房子噪音大，就給及時換了新房子，服務做的不錯，攜程客服管家也挺靠譜，有問題立馬協調處理。給攜程客服，酒店負責人大大的好評。

這次真***把我惹生氣了，晚上房間全是小蟲子，大晚上保安拿着殺蟲劑進來了，那噴完人還怎麼住，讓換個房間前台還不換，態度惡劣，打了三遍電話人家很不情願的才給我們換了個房間

這個季節來漢中超舒服的，風景也很漂亮，這家店位置也很棒，吃飯啥的都很方便，前台服務也非常好，給客人貼心的備了耳塞什麼的。退房還給送了礦泉水讓帶着在路上喝。

城固的物價感人，五一也沒漲價，太划算了，乾淨整潔，前台服務小姐姐態度很好也很熱心，拉了東西還專門給打電話過來寄送，100分，城固7天酒店上大分，很好的一次入住體驗

當天早早預訂的房間，三點到店安排了419朝西直對着街道，對面服裝商場早上八點半喇叭一直響到晚上八九點。説是精選雙床房，落地窗户，好傢伙，街麪隔音效果等同於零，一點不誇張，路上過車按個喇叭聽得清清楚楚。這個真的是讓人頭大！衞生間馬桶圈太小軟的，蹲個大的，稍久一點能把人直接掉到坑裡麪。

一次性杯子雖然套着薄膜，但是裏面有無法形容的毛髮，第一次住，被噁心到兩次，喝酒用杯子，拿開有毛髮，本以為沒事，洗漱刷牙的時候還是有，瞬間心情就不美麗了
