1.電腦配置沒問題，網速很快，關於電腦的各方面都沒問題；2.最不滿意的是，房間沒有一點窗户，全封閉，而且是在商場裏，全程不透氣，並且房間的換氣做的不好，整個房間密閉的難受；3.枕頭不舒服，房間密閉不透氣，導致半夜我頸椎病突發，然後因為有人抽煙沒法換氣咽炎犯了，然後頭痛嘔吐，於是半夜緊急離開。4.酒店的電梯晚上10點就關了，因為在商場，晚上點外賣或者進出都很不方便！5.住過很多電競酒店，這個家的性價比不太高，不會再入住第二次！

衞生、服務、效率相當差，洗手盆裏還有煙頭，住了兩天，打掃衞生沒人衞生打掃的比較差，疫情期間剛打掃完也沒有聞到有消毒的氣味可能沒有消毒，牆上還有蜘蛛網，處理事情沒有人情味什麼錢都想掙，並且住過的電競酒店裡算最差最貴的了

本來定的單人間，但是因為原來單人間已經續住了，所以免費幫忙升級到了雙人間這點好評。不過好像顯示器的設定有點問題，HDR沒開但是一旦選擇全屏就會變得白噗噗的。
