The store is newly opened, it's quite new and clean, and the bed is very soft. In order to avoid going to the panda base to get up early and make a reservation, it is indeed very close. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the house to the gate of the base. The small disadvantage is that compared to some homestays, this kitchen does not have a pot, but I can't use it either 😄. Overall the price is good.
(Ps: I like the characteristic gates of the community, as well as the pictures of the sceneries inside the house.)

步行熊貓基地大概15分鐘，房東很熱情，就在小區入口很容易找，附近有超市、小吃店，挺方便的，去熊貓基地最佳的選擇

沒有想到啊，兩室一廳帶廚衞的房子呀。很乾凈，兩個大床一個沒有用上，可以住四個以上的人

有點小問題但很快聯繫到人而且及時解決，可能因為是自家打掃所以可能沒那麼乾淨，但是確實是打掃了的，我們走之前還碰到了來打掃的房主的媽媽。需要注意的是房間在一樓，因為安全需要一樓陽台的門不能裝防盜門，直接通向單元樓入口，所以會覺得有些不安全，但是玻璃門可以反鎖，所以看個人。房間整體很乾凈明亮寬敞，距離熊貓基地步行15分鐘不到，到市區滴滴也20元左右

房東老闆很好，居家式整體環境非常乾淨、舒服，不僅配有一次性洗漱用品，還有一次性浴巾（純純一次性的那種），也有小朋友玩樂的搖搖馬。離熊貓繁育研究基地很近。值得推薦。

這個民宿真的很不錯，兩室一廳的房子，所有電器應有盡有，住的很舒服，房主也很貼心，蚊香片也有準備，老媽誇了好幾次，家庭出遊很方便，周邊還有地鐵站，坐個三輪小摩的到地鐵站，想去哪裡都很方便的！

房間乾淨整潔，兩個卧室的床都是1.8米的大床，我們三個大人帶三個小孩住着剛好合適，離熊貓基地不是很遠，走路10多分鐘，小區門口就是超市和吃飯的地方，比起酒店真是超划算
