Extremely Poor communication
I was made to deposit 200RMB after which I would be refunded upon checking out, little did I know that, common soap found in the room is being sold without being notified the very day I have to deposit the money. Meanwhile, I asked why the deposit and was just told for security guarantee purposes in an event of damaging a property.
Now it’s time to check out and asked for my 200RMB deposit, only to be given 156RMB .
Never again will I book that hotel.

The room was really nice, very convenient, friendly staff. They are very helpful and checkin was very quick. The location of this hotel is nice .. close to the many shopping places like the Global Center

辦理入住的時候小姐姐態度很好，人好心善，因為太忙訂的沒有早餐的，最後蹭了一個早餐，味道很不錯，看着就很有食慾，房間很乾凈衞生，隔音也很好，晚上很安靜，床也很軟和，住過很多酒店，難得遇到一個睡得很舒適的，直接收藏，下次提前再訂，走的時候反覆提醒行李檢查避免落下，很細心，這點做得很好，很贊。

成都南駅近くにあるホテルです。近くには大型のショッピングセンターもあります。ホテル内中心は大きな吹き抜けとなっており、開放感を感じます。フロント受付はスムーズに終了、部屋は非常に綺麗です。宿泊に対し大きな問題はありません。室内も非常に静かでした。室内シャワーを使用の際、いきなり天井から水が出てきて驚きました。シャワールームの扉の下側にはスペースがあり、ほとんどの水が外に流れ出してしまいます。室内の新聞は4月から交換されていないようです。朝食は料金的な質と量に関しては少し不足しているように感じますが、今は宿泊が非常に少ないことで、このようなサービスとなっていると感じます。他のホテルでは和·洋·中華別のセットメニューとして朝食設定をしているところもあります。朝食会場の外でも朝食をいただくことができるようです。多くの植物は枯れています。残念です。宿泊者のタバコの始末が原因。ホテル側の管理が必要です。

新蘭天地酒店我還是第一次來 確實是個很不錯的新酒店 餐飲服務又好 服務員和傳菜組的小哥哥們又帥又漂亮 特別是那個瘦瘦高高的那位小哥哥 待人友好 服務到位 又帥。然後就是客服睡起嘿舒服 宜居款式 還有前台服務的小姐姐們 有一位好像姓丁活波可愛 大大方方 和藹可親的待客之道，讓我下次還想來。
