一進去就驚艷到了，好乾凈整潔，温馨的就像是自己的小家，老闆服務態度特別好，有什麼需要都第一時間解決了？交通便利，挨着東郊記憶，樓下好吃的很多，去哪都挺方便的。性價比很高，很愉快的入住體驗，下次還會再來的！

🙋[對於房東，我想説]對於我這種有點社恐人士 請房東讓阿姨來打掃 其實每天打掃都是常規操作 但是我就覺得會麻煩人家 可以找點方式解決下
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]自助式入住 房東接引 無人打擾 而且一開始還擔心窗户問題 畢竟去了太多地方 不是窗户小就是乾脆沒窗户啥的 明明訊息寫着有 但他家 實在太棒了落地窗 整層的
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 近東郊記憶 周邊是住宅區 相對人員流動少 但是 成都夜生活真不擺了 能喝酒到天亮
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 2023新裝修 真的 為啥提這個 因為乾淨 對比了 超多家 u1s1 新裝的要乾淨很多 看牆面 設施就知道 可惜是 二樓玄關位置 要是衞生間就更方便了 其實本來對應的1樓就是衞生間 房屋也是獨立的兩間 各有一台空調 然後我們是家庭遊嘛 洗衣機 冰箱 晾衣桿就至關重要了
📰👀劃重點 入住前 一定要跟房東溝通 到達後首先跟房東致電溝通 別自己盲目上樓 我們就是不清楚 結果上樓來回了三趟才入住 安全性還是可以的 要刷卡才能上樓

帶父母一起入住的，全家都住的非常舒適，房間環境很好，適合全家一起居住，相比於賓館標間，loft公寓的私密性和功能性更加優越。房間裏WiFi啥的都有，總體來説體驗很好。
