樓下就是地鐵口和公交站，大量共享單車，還有便利店和早餐店，這點最贊！房子是在舊寫字樓裏，同棟還有維也納酒店，房子面積夠大，就是不太新了，剛到有點味，排氣扇也壞了，要開窗好一會兒才行，一直到走也沒修，也沒有配衞生紙，小冰箱裏面有點臟，要自己擦一下。其它的都還可以。離武侯祠草堂青羊宮都不遠，可以騎共享單車，也可以地鐵，腿腳好甚至可以走去。整體是還不錯的

整體入住感覺還是非常好的，進去的時候發現廁所燈不亮了，一和老闆反饋，馬上就有人過來修整，還是很棒的

客觀評價:位置非常便利，老闆人很好。沒有拖鞋、沒有垃圾袋，要的話老闆説一會送樓下保安處，不太方便。房間裝修及設施比較簡陋破舊，陰冷。需要用的，有、也能用，就是破，比如吹風機插上能通電，但是開關檔位壞的。。堅持着住了幾天，被我老公吐槽死。
