地理位置好過馬路就是景點大門口，雖然是4星賓館但衞生也就勉強夠3星。走廊裏有股難聞的下水道氣味，床單看樣子並不是一客一換，晚上睡覺才發現床單上還有血跡因太晚了也就沒去找服務員更換。當天正趕上有開會團人特別多免費的停車場根本沒地方停車。吃飯都是出門去街上吃味道一般價格不便宜。總的來説還算一般吧。

充滿了近代冀北人文史底藴的名宅,國家首次偉大轉折的地方印記之一. 行政雙床房空調與裝修到位 乍暖還寒的天晚上不冷. 服務員態度積極, 可惜略少了細緻（咖啡 茶包 續住收拾沒有補）. 位置特好 避暑山莊大門對面 ,5條公交線路直達 . 反向旅遊（旺季前） 承德性價比首選

服務態度極差，不推薦！店家的服務態度簡直無法忍受。當諮詢客房詳情時，店員愛理不理，一副你愛住不住的態度。這樣的店家完全不尊重顧客，不推薦大家來這裏消費。服務態度太差，停車場門衞保安有在故宮紫禁城上班呢，態度十分惡劣，

設施：老牌4⭐️酒店設施，America standard品牌，房間寬敞，床1.35m
衞生：説得過去，床單布草已洗的發黃（可能與住的房間有關，你要是住個總統套房備品肯定新的）
環境：一般般啦！
缺點：冷
很冷
非常冷（2024元旦入住）
早餐非常豐富，種類多。

一個老賓館，我十多年前就住過這個酒店，那時的感覺是很不錯的。時代進步了，酒店還是那個酒店，設施陳舊。但是，酒店依舊乾淨整潔，房間比較大。酒店中規中矩，服務員態度總體不錯。尤贊早餐挺好的，品種花樣多，量大夠吃。
總體不錯，在承德應該👍

位置特別好，馬路對面就是避暑山莊的麗正門，如果是來看避暑山莊的話，是首選！
整個酒店大氣，裝修是老了一點，但整體上房間裏乾淨整潔，設備有點舊了，但基本完好！
山莊酒樓菜的份量很大。
這種價位性價比很高！
