As a result, after calling the front desk, there was no robot to deliver it to your doorstep, and the staff was not allowed to bring it up, so you had to go down and get it yourself. At the same price, it is not as good as Mega Hotel. The front desk service is poor. The room is hot and has no air conditioning.

Booked a suite for 1,200 a night with 3 children. One child is 14 years old and the other two are 8 years old. I really don’t understand how much money two 8-year-old girls can eat and yet they charge me extra for breakfast. The 1200 a night room rate is not worth the 68 extra breakfast? The phone hasn't been wiped for an unknown amount of time and is covered in dust. Really bad experience.
