After we arrived that morning, we had lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was very delicious and the service attitude of the restaurant chef was superb. The interior of the hotel is in a garden style with carved beams and painted buildings, which is beautiful. The room is warm and comfortable, and it feels like home. If I have the opportunity to visit Chengde in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

I planted this hotel, went out to Chengde to travel, chose this hotel, the service is very good, the room is clean and tidy. The whole house is very convenient for intelligence. After arriving at the store, the front desk will give a free upgrade to the room, which is praised 👍. The bed in the upgraded room is also bigger, and there is more than enough for a family of three. ✌ Breakfast is also very delicious, unfortunately forgot to take pictures 😔. Although I forgot that the price is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth the money, I really recommend it.

The May Day family tour in Chengde, considering the location, room environment, surrounding facilities, price and other factors, finally booked Tianbao Holiday, stayed for three nights, very satisfied. The hotel is located in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities. Shopping malls, supermarkets, civic squares, night markets, restaurants, etc. are basically within a radius of one kilometer and can be reached on foot. It is not far from the Summer Resort, you can walk, ride a shared electric motorcycle, or take a taxi at the starting price. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient, with parking lots on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. The room we booked has a floor-to-ceiling window with a great view! The children like to take the hotel's sightseeing elevator the most. The staff is enthusiastic and Pingping is beyond professional and warm-hearted. There is free Tremella soup in the evening, and the children drink it every night. There is a shortage of water and laundry detergent, and the response is super fast. Overall, the hotel is still very good, and I will choose Tianbao Holiday next time I come to Chengde!

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

Super enthusiastic and helpful front desk employees. They stored my bag after I checked out! One even tried to speak English, which was not necessary but certainly I appreciated the effort! Room was clean and tidy and they even upgraded me for free! The shower facilities were all in good working order as well.

The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached by getting off the highway. The above-ground and underground parking lots are very convenient. There are many guests entering the hotel, but the waiters at the front desk work in an orderly manner and have a very good service attitude. The room is quite satisfactory. The staff at the Tourism Consulting Service Department are very professional and saved us a lot of money and time. The tour guide's service is very good. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Summer Resort. There is a large shopping mall on the front street where you can buy things and eat. There is also a small night market at the door at night. The back street leads directly to the Summer Resort, which is within walking distance. There are also many small shops around, and there are rich dining options. The hotel is also very clean and sanitary, and the service is very good. I will come again if I have the chance~

A well-designed and spacious room, well-appointed, modern, great bed - special mention for the toilet, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The overall property is good and well maintained, breakfast spread is pretty good with good variety and quality of food. As chengde is not a big city, it was easy and cheap to get cabs to go everywhere.
