Great apartments with big sunny balcony, staff very helpful and friendly.

Great experience Great place all amenities available, heated pool was awesome, if you get the top floor rooms you get more sun. Can be a walk to the room from parking bathroom was good but had a outed dated bath. Location was well suited to our needs is worth renting cars mopeds or quads.

Spent a week here on a couples vacation. I rely heavily on reviews, so thought it beneficial to share my experience on here. This is not a 4 star hotel. It may have been at one point, but the apartments are in a serious need of a refurbishment. Let me be abundantly clear - you NEED a car to stay at this resort. Otherwise, you are taxiing everywhere and the shuttle bus was suspended whilst we were there. There is one tiny local shop located about 100m from the resort. Other than this, you need to taxi everywhere - if you haven’t rented a car of course - as the resort quite literally sits on a motorway. Taxis also appear to charge different fares at times of the day, so to Los Cristianos - which is described by the hotel as being 5 minutes away - can cost anywhere from €9 - €15. Pros: • Bruno the staff member was particularly helpful at reception. • The rooms are spacious, and the terrace is excellent. • The beds are memory foam, so an acquired taste. • If you don’t plan to leave the resort much, this could be for you. • Good fridge/freezer. Cons: • We waited 2 days for air con to be fixed, which resulted in a lot of our food like sugar becoming infested with bugs in the heat. • The amenities are extremely outdated - all of the markings are gone from the cookers, so you are playing by ear what is fan assisted, what temperature is, etc., I appreciate this may not be the case in all of the apartments but it was in ours. • You must request housekeeping 24hr in advance - or for the duration of your stay - however, if you leave a do not disturb sign up for more than 10 minutes, your apartment will not be cleaned. I also wouldn’t consider it a clean, rather a replacement of towels and bed clothes. It’s not a good sign when your feet get dirty from the initial arrival inside your own apartment. • Bathroom greatly outdated, lime scale build up. • Shuttle bus wasn’t working so we were required to taxi everywhere, sometimes more than twice a day to get to shops and then perhaps out in the evening. Taxis cost more than the holiday itself. All in all, I think this hotel really needs reevaluation of its rating. I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star. Only thing we had food-wise was 2 alcoholic drinks by the pool - one cocktail, one Jameson and it was €20. We didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment from that side but menu was expensive from what we saw. Most major inconvenience for us was location, we’re a young couple and granted, we potentially could have done more research, the advertising states how closely everything is connected. The area itself is extremely residential and being on a motorway means being unable to walk anywhere. If it works for you, great, but it didn’t work for us this time unfortunately.

My husband and I have just spent a week here, it’s the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel is stunning in every way, the rooms, facilities are outstanding and the pool is incredible! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, looking to come back in October. The pictures on the website are spot on!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The staff around the pool bar were no so accommodating and we saw on several occasions that they we’re selling illegal products. Spoke to one of them but they just laughed at us, not very good with so many children around Food was good Overall holiday is good

This return trip was wonderful , staff remembered me with happy hugs and smiles. The teenagers and my daughter son in law and husband were amazed by the level of care and attention given to us and to the cleanliness of the complex. Taxis are so easy to book through reception if we wanted to get to the bustle of the coast only 5 minutes away. We are already planning our return next April . Love love love

The hotel is lovely, in a great spot with fab views. It's not close to the shops but as said in previous reviews, there's a courtesy bus to and from the main tourist area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with pool access. It was lovely and very big, with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of storage too. Very clean throughout. The pool area is fabulous and no fighting for or payment required for deck chairs or umbrellas as is the case in some hotels. Lots of spots to take in sun or shade. There's activity people and they encourage the kids to take part in various activities, all free. It's just fabulous. The only negative, which is a big one, is the food. We ate lunch at the pool bar. The burgers and fries were great but the nachos were very disappointing. Only a bowl of cold corn chips with two dollops of guacamole, which was not freshly but maybe from a jar. They were €7. No cheese, salsa, sour cream or jalapeños available. There are vegan options. Taxi to main area is 7-10 minutes and €10. Book directly with the hotel website rather than intermediary websites as it's better prices. We arrived early and could use the pool. They have showers, bathrooms with hairdryers so you can use these if you check in early or are checking out and have late flight. Very good service.

Very nice hotel. Normally I would give 5 stars, but due to the behavior of the reception staff it only deserves one. The lady named "Boca" (that's what I heard) is the worst receptionist I have ever seen. We were asked to write our credit card details on a piece of paper to secure the deposit. I refused for security reasons and asked for the appropriate amount to be blocked on my card. that's when it started. First of all, the lady said that she was sorry that in our country we are afraid to give credit card details, secondly, she was very rude and we felt like intruders, she said she don’t trust all hotel guests. I told her to take the deposit from the card and she said that this was not possible and that she would call the manager. After about 20 minutes, when she showed other guests the hotel, it turned out that she could take a deposit from the card. at the end of this story. we were the only ones who didn't receive a welcome drink even though she gave drinks to other guests at the same time. The hotel even writes about a drink on its website. It's a pity that such a nice hotel has such terrible service. I highly do not recommend it.
