Chao Jianju (Chaozhou Guangji Bridge Paifang Street Shop)

The guesthouse is in an excellent location, very close to Kaiyuan Temple and Paifang Street, just a short walk away. The staff are really nice, and the room was clean and tidied daily. Although there's no breakfast served on-site, they offer complimentary breakfast vouchers for a snack shop downstairs or KFC, with a good variety of options. There's a public washing machine on the first floor and a terrace on the third floor where you can relax.

The room has a modern minimalist design and is within walking distance to Guangji Bridge, Kaiyuan Temple, and Paifang Street. Because it's right by the busiest pedestrian street in the old city, it can be quite noisy at night. However, the facilities are complete, and the service is very enthusiastic. Although it's advertised as a room for 4 people, it's no different from a room for 2 and feels a bit cramped, especially the narrow hallway.

Great location, it's a short walk to the Old Town food street, yet it's still quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it! The front desk offers self-service coffee and Luo Han Guo tea.
